The Project was done for Android and iOS simulteniously.
The greatest challenge was integrating security and encryption. The partnered hardwares and programing them to fucntion fail safe. making the complete system work offline in case the user was not online.

Sinaguide was one of the large scale devlopemnts taken up by Nitrosoft.
This project was completely custom developed by us using php, laravel, mySQL, vue.js. Teh online web platform is a multifacted online to offline service provider with fucntions like Deliveries, food ordering, classified, Errands, Bookings, Appointments, Hotel booking, Movie Bookings, Promotions, Groupons and many many other functionalities.

This project was done for a furniture comapny manufacturing Italian Design Furniture in China. Their main obejctive was to export the furniture to other countries.
They needed Branding, Design and a very modern and contempoary looks to match with their furniture designs and convey a message of luxury and quality to the customer.

I’m the director at Golden Alliance International Trade Co Ltd., a furniture company. We buy furniture from China and sell it around the world. We have furniture for hotels, homes, schools and colleges, and hospitals.
What challenge were you trying to address with Nitrosoft Technologies?
We were trying to make a website and the impact wasn’t very good because we touch different industries. We needed someone to develop our website to where there’s a concentrated product for each people group.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Nitrosoft Technologies came up with a subdomain idea. They made a website where different projects will be listed on different subdomains. We have hospital.furniture-comforts.com. We have home.office.furniture-comforts.com(link is external). In the website, it displays products related to office, hospital, home, school, etc. It’s easy for the customer to not get distracted.
They gave us the idea for a centralized site instead of making and managing 10 different websites. They created a Magento single website and inside Magento, there’s an option to subdivide the products into different domains. The project was finished in six months’ time.
We’re now in discussions with them about a logistics website.
What is the team composition?
We work with four people including a project manager, site engineer, and designer.
How did you come to work with Nitrosoft Technologies?
We chose Nitrosoft Technologies because they wanted to solve the problem I was facing and they understood what the customers would like. They didn’t look at it from the perspective of building a website, but rather how they can get customers. They wanted to make a solution that was easy for the customer.

We started working together in 2016 and it's ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Their work is perfect, there’s nothing to complain about. From the Magento side, we’re starting to have issues because we probably need to redo the website in the latest Magento once COVID-19 is done.
How did Nitrosoft Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?
Nitrosoft Technologies had a tool where we log in and put in a work order or request for details. They have a bug management system as well.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They tried to understand what we were trying to achieve. Based on that, they come up with whatever we need to do on the website. Sometimes they told us we had to buy some plugins and how it will solve a particular issue we’re facing.
Initially, we thought the estimate was very high but at the end of the day, they didn’t come up with any extra charges. Their personalized solution made our website stand out.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could have scheduled video calls but I don’t know if it was available in 2016. Today, they’re using it.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Don’t just request them to make something. Go to them with the problems you’re facing and let them find the solution for you. We saved a lot of money by not going with multiple websites like I thought we needed.

They designed and developed our website from scratch. I gave them the idea and they did all the work. They gave me several designs to choose from and then implemented them according to my specifications.

I met with several companies, talking with them 2 or 3 times before I made a decision. Nitrosoft Technologies made me feel they were really close to what I had in mind.

They’re very good at what they do. Even though the project took longer than expected, the engagement was quite okay overall.
How did Nitrosoft Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?
In the beginning, project management was very poor because I was away. The website had to be translated, so there was a strict timetable for the delivery of the work. When I came back, we had to have several meetings to straighten things out.
There were some timeline issues that stemmed from us not getting them all the information they needed to complete the work. To solve these problems, I made sure I had a member of my staff always ready to reply to their questions. We used WeChat to communicate.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They did a good job and delivered what I wanted. They tried to make the site the best it could be.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The project took longer than expected, but some of the delays stemmed from me not giving them all the information that they needed.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Give them all the information that they need. The project has to be divided into phases, so make sure you provide all the information needed for each phase. Answer all their questions before they start the job so they can be clear on what you want. Make a contract that shows everything that they need to provide.

Meeting them and their slick ideas as to how the portal look convinced us to select them.

We Hs the first meeting to take forward the discussion which decided to give them the job ... once the theme was finalized work began and in two days time the first view was shared ... with minor tweaks work commenced and 15 days showed a lot of progress. Not many changes we needed then helped to maintain the pace of the work and before we realized the portal was ready

I only coordinated with the projected manager knowing well that they had a back ens team of 7 to 8 people then

We did see considerable interest in whoever visited the portal and we had good level of enquiries naturally more than when we did not have a portal.
