Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO and founder at JetFuel You. We sell food supplements and wellness teas.

What challenge were you trying to address with NinjaFlame Media?
We hired them for their email marketing services.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Ash (Founder & CEO) and his team took over our email marketing efforts. They created all the content for our emails, writing each one in the style we usually write them — we didn’t have to make any edits at all. So, when people open our emails, they would genuinely think it came from us. Additionally, they improved our email flows on Klaviyo to help us increase sales.
What is the team composition?
My main point of contact is Ash, who outsources the work to his team of copywriters and designers.
How did you come to work with NinjaFlame Media?
They cold-called me out of the blew.
How much have you invested with them?
Ash has been so good that we’ve actually given him equity in the business. We've given him equity to start with, with a goal of paying him for his services once we’re capable of doing so. The plan is to give him a monthly retainer of around £1,000 (approximately $1,300) in the next couple of months.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in October 2021, and the engagement is still ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Two weeks into the engagement, we’ve tallied a 30% email open rate and are generating sales like never before.

Their project management style has been excellent, as well as their communication skills. We interact mainly through Slack.

So far, I can’t think of anything that they need to improve on. They’ve exceeded our expectations.
