I am a Marketing Manager for Ciklum's numerous outsourcing projects

For what projects/services did your company hire Ninepro Video?

We hired Ninepro Video to create an animated educational video for our affiliate project “Wesna”. The project required deeper digital communication with our users.

What were your goals for this project?

The main goal was to create a cool and effective promo video, which explains the main benefits of the project. We wanted to improve registrations, retention, and as a result revenue.

How did you select this vendor?

I had a very positive experience while working with Ninepro Video. I found their ad online with a couple of other websites. However their website as the most user friendly. I gave them a call to clarify the details and the approximate cost. I was pleasantly surprised by Yurii's (the company's founder) attention to detail and overall communication skills. I quickly got the information I needed. After that Ninepro Video was approved by the Chief Marketing Officer and we are extremely happy with the complete video

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.

After Ninepro Video was selected as our partner, they wanted to know the project better to fit our needs as well as possible. They asked questions about:

• Our business
• Positioning
• Differentiation,
• Service portfolio
• The goals of the video.

Together we filled in a production brief of the current project. After this Ninepro Video created script and storyboard of the video. We approved those with several small corrections.

Further on, we selected the speaker voice and the background music from the list proposed by Ninepro Video. Once the script was approved Ninepro designed all static images for storyboard in the style we chose. Next was the production stage (animation and editing), which lasted for two weeks. After three weeks we received the finished animation video. Video was of high quality. Because it was made strictly according to storyboard we immediately approved it.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

They provided project crew that consisted of 8 people: producer, scriptwriter, designer, motion, and sound designers. All communication from the agency was led by the producer of our projects. It was very pleasant and easy to work with them.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The launch of the new video resulted in increased traffic to our website and improved activity on our social media pages. We increased the number of new project participants by 120% during the first month.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The producer of the project was easy to communicate with and always provided clear and detailed information about the status. We had a project timeline that was followed and all of the goals of the project promo video were achieved. Our company is very satisfied with this collaboration.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

This is a highly professional creative team. They are very attentive to detail and extremely result-oriented. It is a pleasure to work with them.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The work was done remarkably well on all levels. I highly recommend them.

I’m the business manager for Rails Reactor.

What challenge were you trying to address with Ninepro Video?

We wanted to create an introduction video about the company for potential clients.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We gave them the main milestones we wanted to describe in the video. They came up with the script and made the video. The video was 80-90 seconds long.

There were two one-hour shooting sessions; one was outside. They had lighting, video, and sound equipment.

What is the team composition?

There was a relatively big team that worked on the actual shoots, including a makeup artist. My main point of contact was Yuri (Founder & CEO), but there was a project manager, a technical person, a sound person, and a couple of others who worked on the script.

How did you come to work with Ninepro Video?

I collaborated with them in the past, and knew I could trust the quality.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested $10,000 - $20,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement spanned December 2019 through January 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They implemented exactly what we wanted to see in the video. We’re quite happy with the quality.

How did Ninepro Video perform from a project management standpoint?

They were easy to work with. We mostly communicated via phone.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were happy to make the changes we requested, which we found very helpful. The team was fun to work with, too.
