BACKGROUND

Please give a brief description of your company.

We are a publisher and distributor of games. We have our own platforms all around the world where we publish a lot of games.

What is your role at the company?

I am the production coordinator. I coordinate the process of all of the licensed titles and responsible for the planning for all of our portals.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What was the business challenge that you were trying to address when you approached Nilee Games ?

We approached them so they could develop some games for us. We wanted mainly to target younger boys, girls, and families. 

What were your company’s business goals for the project?

We were looking to gain a lot of game plays, get a good ROI [return on investment], and a build a nice relationship between us and the developer to make more deals in the future.

SOLUTION

Can you talk about the scope of the project?

They implemented our API [application programming interface] and made sure the game fit our requirements. Then, they delivered to us a playables of the games. We tested these with our quality assurance team. 

What was your process for selecting Nilee Games with which to work?

We already have worked quite some time with Nilee. We have been content with their work, so we have continued to use them. 

Can you give us a sense of the size of the project in dollar terms or personnel-work hours?

Around $30,000 per year. 

When was the project completed?

A few of the games were finished in February of 2014, and some are still in progress.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the results of the project, and are there any metrics you can share?

The results were good, especially for the games that catered to younger girls.

They always perform really well and are a nice partner to work with.

Yes. Their responsive is incredible and they are good at meeting our requirements.
