We needed to find a qualified iOS Developer and Next Technology Professionals took care of the recruitment process.
How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?
We were searching for a reliable agency that knows the IT industry really well. After looking at their website, reading the positive recommendations and the case studies, we decided to write an email. We got a very fast and detailed response, which was something that stood out from the other recruitment agencies that we contacted.

We were looking for someone responsible for developing applications for mobile devices powered by Apple’s iOS operating system. Ideally, someone who is proficient with one of the two programming languages for this platform: Swift or Objective-C. The project focused on creating our own application that visualizes the products that we create as a company.

We wanted to hire an iOS Developer. After sending an email, we had a meeting with Next Technology Professionals during which we shared our main requirements for this position. Followingly, we set the terms of cooperation. After a week we received several CVs of potential candidates. We conducted interviews with 3 people that we found the most interesting and in the end decided to offer a job to one of them.
