Community Capital has developed a digital loan trading exchange and business intelligence platform, which is used by US Regional Banks, Community Banks, Credit Unions and other third party originators and investors.
These organizations interact with our platform via a web-based UX/UI capable of both desktop and mobile deployments. 

Nexel has been our go-to partner to design and develop this UX/UI, including iterative mockup designs, design implementations using ReactJS, as well as to provide comprehensive manual and automated testing services.

The Nexel team has been an integral part of Community Capital's broader development team. This includes integration into daily meetings, task management and tracking within our primary project tracking tool (ClickUp), and quality assurance process. The Nexel team has consistently executed on assigned tasks and objectives, in both a timely and high-quality manner.

Project management is handled primarily by Community Capital, to which Nexel has been a part. Nexel has consistently delivered items on time, and has been very quick to respond to any question or concern, if it ever arose. Both through the interaction with the Nexel development team members, and with Nexel's corporate management team, we have a high confidence in Nexel's ability to deliver on our needs and objectives.

NEXEL has a no-excuses, can-do attitude. They are straightforward in discussions, will immediately jump on new needs and objectives, and constantly monitor their own work for success. If even a single concern is raised by Community Capital, they address it immediately and don't stop until they know we are 100% satisfied with the outcome.

Are there any areas for improvement or something NEXEL could have done differently?

Honestly, no. We have been extremely satisfied with their performance.

The key deliverables included a sophisticated and user-friendly design, a fully responsive site that functions seamlessly on all devices, the implementation of a model search feature for easy access to profiles, and the setup of an intuitive content management system for effortless updates.

The project's measurable outcomes that demonstrate progress and success include a significant increase in website traffic, improved user engagement with longer average session durations, and a higher conversion rate of inquiries or bookings. 
Additionally, user satisfaction surveys indicated that most users rated their experience as satisfactory or above, reflecting the overall effectiveness of the platform.
