We contacted 4 companies in total and NewReputation was recommended to us by a collogue who had success using their service. I had a consultation with them and liked their strategy and pricing.

They conducted an initial analysis of our company and competition. They started managing our social accounts and reached out to several high profile bloggers and local media outlets in our area. They secured several interviews for us and crafted a very appealing brand story to share with our audience. It included focusing on social impact and community support.

I worked directly with a campaign manager on a weekly basis and received occasional emails from their service manager that included reporting and analytics.

They shared regular analytics reports that were connected to our Google search console. They showed increased amount of website visits and phone calls. We also saw our company start to display in search results for popular keywords that were important to our brand. The positive search results from the media publications also had high visibility and brought some referrals to our website.

They had good organization and a proactive management style. They used a project management software that I wasn't familiar with but it did track time and resources spent on the project. The reporting they shared was broken down into specific segment and easy to understand.

The creative branding strategy that they used didn't occur to us previously. I found it very unique and ultimate successful. We will continue to utilize it in the future.

I am the owner of a local plumbing and construction company.

We started a sister company focusing on plumbing services in Florida. The new company had a small website and no social profiles or local presence. We were not showing up in search results. I hired NewReputation to take over website design and SEO to help increase our local GMB listing and get more calls.

I had a consultation with them after finding them online. The manager was very knowledgeable and understood exactly what we were looking for. I liked that I was able to contact him directly and that made a big difference. The reason I was looking for a new company was that previously I was getting a different person every time I called. I never had that issue with NewReputation.

The campaign began with a website redesign. The new website they built was great. They design was very user friendly and they handled all the content as well. Next, they set up our local business listing on all company directory websites. This helped us show up under local searches. Then they set up all of our social media profiles.
We only focused on the major social websites and they set up postings for the first 30 days on automation. Then they set up Google Guaranteed ads and the phone started ringing immediately. Now that some time has passed, we are able to scale down our PPC budget and focus on SEO leads as we rank on the first page for great search terms.

I worked with 2 people from their team. The manager who I spoke with directly and the service manager who sent me the reporting and updates.

Since the project started, we have seen a dramatic increase in calls and website leads. They always make any minor changes immediately such as turning the ads on/off if we are booked. The communication has been great.

The communication has been great and all project timelines have been kept. The SEO results were stated upfront that they would take some time and I see that we are on track to reach the goals that were agreed upon.

The reporting could have been easier to understand. It was confusing to me and I would have liked it to be simple.

I am the Professor Emeritus of a university. We offer students a high level of education, international programs, practice-oriented teaching.
For what projects/services did your company hire NewReputation, and what were your goals?
The dean of and a member of the Board of Directors of our university was featured in a publication that was fabricated and a personal attack. The remarks were made without merit and I did not have a voice to share the correct story. The public was only made aware of the point of view of a journalist with ulterior motives.
How did you select this vendor?
I made several call to a variety of "reputation" firms and interviewed each. I had specific requests that needed to be met and a budget in mind. This is a project that I decided to outsource due to the inexperience of our internal team and our lack of time and resources. I met with NewReputation several times over the course of 3 weeks and then made our decision to proceed.

NewReputation provided weekly reporting on the project and I had a virtual meeting monthly to discuss the results. The reporting was very detailed and included all the work that was done and everything scheduled in advance. They provided a content schedule to reach new media outlets to enhance our visibility and replace the false information with new information about the initiatives.

I met with a campaign manager who was the main contact for their team. I received the weekly reporting from their customer manager. These are the only people that I met with and they received deliverables from a social media advisor and content writer.

The campaign was successful and they achieved positive results. I was not sure what to expect but I am happy with all of the new information and the channels they used to distribute the content.

The reporting was done with Google Documents. This was easy to manage and we both had access to it so it was easy to make any changes. Most of the communication was done through email and Zoom.

They located unique ways to gain new media attention. We were looking for a company with an established rolodex and some contacts. They were honest with the contacts they currently had and were confident they would be able to make new contacts in our specific industry. I was delighted they found some influential outlets. Overall I think they made this process a lot easier to be able to outsource this project and still keep track of everything that was being done.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I would have liked to have met in person as it was difficult to get everyone on the call and it often dropped. I also wish the results would have been quicker.

They created and distributed content on our website and local media.
Each month, we received a detailed analysis of our overall online reputation on review sites, social media sentiment, SEO, and let us know where we needed to focus more attention. The final deliverable was to launch our website on a number of media channels and get new product reviews.

I am the managing partner of an independent third party research and analytics company.
For what projects/services did your company hire NewReputation?
We wanted to increase our online reputation in order to gain more customers and grow our business. We also required a social media listening strategy in order to get involved in topics and conversation that were relevant to our company and improve our service.

We reached out to several companies in this space and received a few proposals. Ultimately we decided that we wanted to hire a manager for the project opposed to the software that most companies were offering. We had our initial consultation with them and decided that they were right for the project.

We had an onboarding call which we discussed all of our current websites and social media profiles. We then decided which we wanted to focus the most attention on and they developed an outline of exactly how they would reach those goals. Once the project began there were weekly meeting that we discussed progress and strategy.
