We’ve never utilized SEO strategies before, so we’ve noticed a dramatic change in web traffic. Ledbetter Advertising’s SEO efforts and keywords have substantially improved our Google ranking. We appear at the top of applicable searches.
How did Newell Ledbetter Advertising, Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?
Zach’s our pivotal resource for this engagement. We communicate with him whenever we need a Facebook ad placed or are following up on another media placement. They send us a monthly breakdown of website data like page views, sessions, etc. Ledbetter Advertising works with another vendor to gather that information, but they provide the analysis. They also provide performance reports and affidavits regarding the broadcast media placements.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re proactive in bringing new ideas and concepts to us, especially in the digital realm. We can employ the technical tools they’ve introduced to us and further entice new customers.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Their understanding of our industry has grown throughout the engagement. I expect it will only improve as long as they stay focused on the gaming industry and stay up to date on the latest trends.

Take the time to learn their processes. Then, make the relationship symmetrical by introducing them to how your business operates. Developing a mutual trust will likely lead to a successful project.
