New Summit

I founded Nouveau Sommet to support people to empower themselves to grow and flourish while respecting their values and helping to improve their quality of life. New Summit is the culmination of a 30-year career in global health management, including more than 15 years in business consulting. I have accompanied hundreds of leaders and managers concerned about their development, the health, well-being, and commitment of their employees, to implement strategies of human resource management, prevention, and promotion of health, including mental health prevention and work-life balance. I had the privilege of receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award from Workplace Health and Benefits Canada, as well as being recognized among the Eight  Essential Women in Business Services in Quebec by Premières en Affaires magazine. Today, I use my years of experience as a nurse and manager to support my clients with this energy that drives us to invest and exceed ourselves. Our business relationships are based on trust and respect. Through attentive and empathetic listening, I pledge to help my clients see and act with the heart. I created New Summit to make a difference in people's lives.
