What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Thanks to the product we created in cooperation with Neuralab, we were able to transfer 20% of our language programs online in 2014. This reduced our operating costs in the first year by 15%. This percentage increases every year, by an additional 4% in 2015 and another 5 % in 2016. Our profits go up every year due to the applications and platforms.
In 2015, we received an award for the best e-learning program delivered to a Croatian national company. This award also had a great impact on our sales. The products we created in partnership with Neuralab make us unique in the regional market, allowing us to offer high-quality education services and support through technologically advanced platforms. The platform also enables us to offer B2B and B2C products internationally, which opens a new set of opportunities.
How did Neuralab perform from a project management standpoint?
Their communication skills are excellent. We use Zendesk, email, Google Docs, and meetings.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Neuralab’s team is creative and ready for challenges—they are constantly learning, developing, and growing. We appreciate their ability to understand clients who do not come from an IT background and their willingness to provide the best service. They are there when we need them.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Since they are always open and ready for feedback, there is nothing I would stress. They are growing fast, so there is always the issue of quality and deadlines. That is something Neuralab is aware of and trying to keep under control.
