Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m the owner and CTO of Trencadis Business Solutions, a Barcelona-based tech company that’s dedicated to providing IT and business solutions to small and medium businesses.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Labs Neural?

We approached Neural Labs to create a neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) email classification tool for one of our clients in the legal industry. 

What were your goals for this project? 

We were searching for a custom optical character recognition (OCR) solution that could compete with ABBYY FineReader in terms of accuracy and speed but at a lower cost.

How did you select this vendor? 

We found them through Upwork.

Neural Labs developed a custom OCR document extraction tool using Python and integrated various technologies.

What was the team composition?

The team consisted of Anton (Founder & CEO, Neural Labs), Euguene (Co-Founder & COO, Neural Labs), and myself.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business? 

Neural Labs is a leading professional team. They delivered quickly, produced excellent software, and resolved issues immediately. As a result, we obtained a high-quality OCR software that performs better than one of the top available tools on the market. 

How was project management arranged and how effective was it? 

Their workflow was very impressive compared to other vendors. They always kept to our deadlines, avoiding most delays without affecting the quality. We had high expectations for the final tests, and they managed to achieve all of them. 

What did you find most impressive about this company? 

It’s a combination of development speed, quality of work, and cost that makes them difficult to compete with. 

Are there any areas for improvement? 

No, I can’t think of anything.
