I'm the owner of a mobile game development startup called BITES MGC.

We had an idea for a mobile game but lacked the resources to build it. We hired Neufango Labs to build the game for iOS and Android according to our concept.

We wanted to bring our game to life.

We found this company through Upwork. After conducting interviews with other developers, we found that Neufango Labs best suited us.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

After signing a nondisclosure agreement, they implemented our design and layout to create a game. They provided consultation for our feedback and delivered the game within the agreed timeframe.

What was the team composition?

We primarily worked with one of their app developers and their team.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Although it is too early to provide quantitative metrics, we’ve been pleased with the game; it’s brought our company to life. Neufango Labs strove to maintain open communication, being available whenever we needed them.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Their team established a timeline for the project before development. While the project took longer than predicted, we’re still very satisfied with the quality of the work.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We’re amazed by the company’s organization, quality of work, and technical ability. Their customer service also encourages a collaborative business relationship.

Are there any areas where they can improve?

There’s not much to improve, although it might be more helpful if they clarified what they needed from us to build the app.
