For what projects/services did your company hire NetStripes, and what were your goals?
We asked Netstripes to build a website using our own drawings instead of shutterstock photos. We showed four other we developers and they all disagreed with our ideas suggesting it would work and would give our business bad image. Sash at Netstripes proved everyone wrong! He built the most amazing website, better than anything we could have imagines!

We attended one of their workshops and I was impressed by their approach to working with clients.

We had the initial scoping meeting and then the usal back and forth discussions.

The biggest outsome is that our website is so memorbale but most importantly delives the right miessage for prospecrive clients.

Project style was very collaborative with lots of back and forth conversations.

The most impressive thing about Netsripes has been their after-sales service. Its has been second to none and I have Sash to thank for that. He has been outstanding!!

I am the owner of a company that provides governance and compliance services to disability service providers in Australia.
For what projects/services did your company hire NetStripes, and what were your goals?
My organisation changed focus and we needed a new digital marketing strategy and website with a view to generating a new customer base and expanding it within a couple of years.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I attended a webinar on digital marketing strategies by the owner of Netstripes and was impressed with their work that he showcased. I compared quotes and though they were more expensive, their service was comprehensive. 10 months later I still get advice and assistance from them to twig the website and marketing strategy to suit changes in the business environment.

We had an initial meeting to discuss our company's goals, business ideals, standards, service orientation, etc. They then prepared a mock up powerpoint presentation and together we fine tuned it. A lot of valuable insights were provided on the various stages of digital marketing before they even began the web development which was really great. They invested a lot of quality time to explain the process involved in developing content.
As it was over the Xmas break, it took a couple of months before a mockup of the site was presented and very soon after that with required changes, the site was launched. They fully understood my preferences and catered accordingly. WordPress training was provided so I could make standard changes, add blogs, etc.

The CEO himself was available initially and at any stage when I required strategic advice. Two developers and a coordinator also assisted me.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Clients love the website but its too soon for me to report an increase in customer numbers. However, the newsletter/blog that I post in the website is getting good traction.

Initially the project coordinator was very regular and communicated with me together with the developers via Zoom meetings. Its been a hands on project management style. There were long delays at times when some glitches had to be fixed but they were courteous at all time and finally delivered well. On an ongoing basis we communicate via WhatsApp messages, email and Zoom when required.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The most impressive thing about this company is that they don't drop you once you've paid the last instalment. They've continued to service my requests beyond the period of the project. As mine is a new business we've had to make a few changes to meet client needs and Netstripes has been brilliant in understanding these requirements. The Project Manager, Sashika, has been patient and amiable in accommodating my many changes. The other impressive thing is that Dinesh, the owner, rings me once in a way to know the progress of my business, promotions, etc.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
There were some minor bugs with the Contact Form which was costing my business initially. It took while to sort out whether this was an issue with my mail account service provider or with the web development but the beauty was that Netstripes talked direct with the other service provider and the issue was at long last, resolved. At times emails have gone unanswered for a couple of weeks. This is an area of improvement for them, as they should at least acknowledge the message and explain any delays in taking action.
