Please describe your company and your position there.

1idu LLC is a Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) LiveScan Service Provider. We provide biometric fingerprinting identification services for criminal history screening to applicants who seek a license for employment in the state of Florida. We are an owner/operator service provider.

For what projects/services did your company hire Netqom Software Private Limited?

1idu LLC's initial website was created by someone with little web design and development experience in web design. Our 1st website was juvenile and ridicules. Netqom Software Private Limited provided the professional updated web design and development we need to present to our business clients.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed to be taken seriously as a Florida Department of Law Enforce Livescan Service Provider. Our website needed to be redesigned. We needed our professional business acumen to improved 1000% to win vendor contracts as a livescan service provider. We needed website development to create an easier payment system design, a better follow of information a more cohesive product ( Our Branding) needed to be present to be sold.

We need our foot traffic to increase. We needed our online purchases to increase. We need our brand to become known in a short amount of time. We need an IT Service and Miantaence provider that understood our commitment to our company on board with our ideas.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We selected Netqom Software Pvt. Ltd. through a portal. We put our project requirements on this portal and over 100 vendors put their bid for the project. We selected Netqom after going through the bids of various vendors that we shortlisted based on their profile, rate, and experience. Netqom's experience stood out to us and we hired Netqom.

Describe the project in detail.

We knew what we wanted. We had a photo of the home page and not much else. Netqom gave us web design ideas around the photo. We worked from there on content placement. We needed specific software integrated into our web development for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement vendor purposes. This required specific UI Development and security integrations.

What was the team composition?

We had no idea what the roles of 1 Web Developer, 1 Web Designer, 1 Tester | IT Service and Maintenance meant, so we Googled the job title. We need as many Netqom services as we could afford, period. We communicated with each member of the team with our ideas. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The Florida SBDC at the University of South Florida provided 1idu LLC with consulting expertise focusing on our Branding and Marketing. the expertise rated our new website rated 100 % consumer-friendly, with community needed services marketed succinctly for prices and convenience. Netqom provides branding ideas for social media, increasing our Google reviews from eight - 5 start reviews, to 50+ 5-star reviews.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We communicated with the entire Netqom team. Our ideas were welcoming. Netqom team offers measured exact business responses on design ideas, implementation, and software compatibility. We needed to understand the security measure needed as livescan providers and design limitations. Their responses are positive, professional, and honest.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Finding a solution to problems we had no idea were how to solve with little change to the website design!

Are there any areas for improvement?

We count on Netqom’s ability to improve and implement 3rd part security software as a security feature for state software. It would be very difficult for us to have the confidence in another IT Service provider to implement monthly security software updates without exact knowledge of state security protocols. This is a tough question because they have been so consistent and we are very pleased with the work.
