Please describe your organization.

Our company is Senior Care Business Coach, LLC. We consult with those who want to start a nonmedical, nonfranchised independent senior care agency.

What is your position?

I am the owner and CEO.

What business challenge were you trying to address with NetOne360?

We wanted a new website and SEO [search engine optimization] services for the site.

Please describe the scope of their involvement in detail.

The main project was website development and SEO. We've done some pay-per-click campaigns with them, and we are in the process of finishing an e-book. The book is about important facts about starting a senior care agency. It goes into operations and marketing. The first chapter is about seeing if the person is a good fit for a senior care business, according to leadership skills and other criteria.

How did you come to work with NetOne360?

We did a lot of research. We liked what we saw on their website, and we spoke with them directly. They seemed like the right fit for us.

Could you provide a sense of the size of this initiative in financial terms?

It cost less than $10,000. Their prices are great.

What is the status of this engagement?

It's an ongoing engagement. We need them for our business, and we're happy.

Our Google rankings have improved, and so have our online leads.

How did NetOne360 perform from a project management standpoint?

NetOne360 is just an awesome company. They have been very timely, professional, and creative. They are the best web designer we've ever had. My husband and I have owned several businesses so we have a good bit of experience with utilizing web and marketing companies. We've never had a company like 360 before. We are very pleased with the advice they give us. It doesn't matter what we ask of them. They are real talented and timely with their responses.

What distinguishes NetOne360 from other providers?

From our experience, many things set them apart from anybody we've ever used. They listen carefully to what we want and then they give us feedback on that, and we consider new avenues through them that we may not have thought of. I think the response back to us, almost on a daily basis if we have any questions, is just real timely. That piece is important to a company like ours. They're very creative, more so than the last company we used. They are very dependable.

Is there anything NetOne360 could have improved or done differently?

No. Not at this point. We're excited that we've connected with them.
