I’m the owner of Centrum služeb pro podnikání s.r.o., an education company. We organize courses for adults to study accounting, management, marketing, human resources, etc.

We were in need of development and marketing help.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Net Magnet designed and developed our website. They handled everything, including the look and feel of the site. The team also helped us with our marketing efforts and created everything in regards to advertising.

There are 8-10 people involved, including a project manager.

My colleague found them, met with them, and started the cooperation.

We’ve spent about $20,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2012 and the work is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our cooperation has always been great. We really like the website and have used it for several years. The impact Net Magnet has had on our business is fantastic; they’ve helped us quite a bit. Our website is the best in the Czech Republic for an educational company. It’s very professional, looks great, and has everything we need to sell our courses or lessons. It’s one of the most important parts of our business.

How did Net Magnet s.r.o. perform from a project management standpoint?

I meet with our project manager in-person regularly, or we chat over phone and email. Everything is organized and managed very well. The owner is very clever and is able to organize, think, and bring new things to the table.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The team strikes a good balance between professional and personal. They think about their clients and try to see through the eyes of the client. They’re one of our best partners in our business. We can trust them to help us when needed; they do their best for us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can only say good about them. There haven’t been any troubles or problems. Everything is always perfect.

Net Magnet is a good company to partner with. You’ll have a nice experience with successful results.
