They showed me a range of sites they had created in the past. Then, they looked at my existing site and how they could improve it. They also touched on the marketing efforts they could provide for the platform. We decided to use WordPress so I could manage the site on my own as well.

I was looking at one of my competitor’s websites and really liked it. At the bottom, I saw that it was developed by NEO Media Group so I got in touch with them. They responded to me, and we scheduled a phone call.

My new site is much better than the one I had before. It’s still new so I haven’t had much chance to market it.

They have excellent communication. I had a lot of questions, and they always spoke to me and answered them.

The website is excellent, it does everything we need it to. There are a lot of moving parts on the website, and they all work as they should. Any hiccups we’ve had have been dealt with and resolved.

Project management and communication were great. We mostly corresponded through WhatsApp, email, and calls as well as used Microsoft Teams at one point.

The overall design of the website is most impressive. It’s brilliant, and we’ve received great feedback.

No, nothing comes to mind.

Be quick because they’re very busy. We had a brief waiting time before we could start with them.

I’m the founder and director of a watch retailer called Foxworth Watches.

What challenge were you trying to address with NEO Media Group?

The project that we gave to NEO Media Group was to help start up a watch company selling European watches.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We asked them to create an e-commerce website using the WooCommerce platform. They handled everything from start to finish, uploaded 80 SKUs on the website, and handled all of the graphic design, web design, and web development. 

We have just completed the web design and development. We’re in the process of executing our digital marketing strategy which includes SEO, PPC, and social media marketing with Facebook and Instagram.

What is the team composition?

Our account manager was the person who handled all the communication between us and the company. We also had direct contact with the director when required. There was another developer involved in any technical inquiries that we had to go through. Altogether, I think there were three people we worked with in total.

How did you come to work with NEO Media Group?

We found them through a Google search. I had a chat with the founder. It came across that they had a much better understanding of e-commerce in comparison to the other companies that we spoke to.

How much have you invested in them?

We spent about £6,000 (approximately $7,797 USD) so far. I think all together it will be up to £10,000 (approximately $12,995 USD) including the digital marketing set up campaigns and budget and the website as well.

We started working with them in August 2020, and our work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The website they made is exceptional. It is better in comparison to a lot of industry leaders and in the space we are looking to go into. We are really happy with it, and we’re looking forward to starting the launch.

How did NEO Media Group perform from a project management standpoint?

It has been great. Our account manager updated us on a daily basis in terms of what has been going on. We were kept in the loop constantly throughout the whole process. We communicated with them through WhatsApp where we would almost get an instant reply which was great. When it came to deadlines, there were some delays from our end, but from their side everything was great. They stuck to their deadlines, budget, and communication was great.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The most impressive thing was probably their overall experience in e-commerce. They were able to give us a lot of advice on starting an e-commerce business which we found to be really invaluable. They had a lot of experience in the past setting up their own e-commerce company, and so they were able to help us with a lot of things like sourcing manufacturers, logistics, and setting up shipping with different companies and all sorts of things that we didn’t think about too much. They were able to give us a lot of great advice.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Not really to be honest. I would highly recommend them to anybody who wants to get into e-commerce. They seem to be very experienced and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t have anything bad to say about them whatsoever.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I wouldn’t go anywhere else, to be honest. I would highly recommend them and just make contact with them. They are excellent and they will be able to guide you through the whole process and explain things very clearly. They are quite good at presenting a full proposal and strategy so that everything is clear from day one. They are great.

What challenge were you trying to address with NEO Media Group?

I was looking to grow my business by building a super professional website that is finance-focused. I wanted to  be able to get customers from social media to actually purchase my service. We help users earn a passive income without any trading knowledge.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They set up my website, making it look great, and integrated a payment system. They set up WooCommerce so I can tack my memberships and subscriptions. That was really helpful as well. They explained how to use that and onboard customers.

They made a promotional video for me and designed my logo. They’ve also helped with Instagram posts as well.

What is the team composition?

I only worked with Tony (Director). He was there whenever I needed him. He does everything for web development, but he had other team members work on video production, logo, and things like that.

My boyfriend found them on Gumtree, so we talked on the phone for awhile. I described what I needed. I liked how he handled everything and he was very professional.

We spent £1,350 (approximately $1,700 USD).

I started working with them in Mary 2020 and we wrapped up at the end of June.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We plan to launch next month, so we don’t have any metrics. However, since the website launched, I’ve scheduled many more consultations than ever before. I link to the site on social media, and it helps m customers to see that we’re a professional business. That makes them more interested.

How did NEO Media Group perform from a project management standpoint?

They were super effective. As soon as we talked about what I wanted, they presented a plan. It was structured really well and included research, frontend web development, and a schedule for the integration. I knew exactly which day everything would be implemented.

We talked over WhatsApp and emailed for bigger things. He was very professional and always there if I needed anything. Even since they delivered everything, they were still willing to help us.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Tony was always available to talk and help me. A lot of companies take several days to get back to their clients, so that really stood out. He was always prompt with responses and super helpful.

No, I have nothing but good things to say.

In order for them to prepare, they need to understand exactly what their content is going to be. I had a good idea of what I wanted to do, but when we finished the project, there were still some flaws. So I could have been more prepared.

All the project Milestones were met. When changes were required they were delivered on time and to a very good standard, Neo also came up with some great recommendations for us.

We found out about NEO Media though a friend who they had carried out some work for and achieved great results.

After an initial discovery meeting we created a production plan in order for them to come into our salons and create video content with our staff members and clients for social media. The production was very professional and we were blown away by the end results. They then made an incredible website and a social media campaign using the content produced.
