Beauty Creations is a unisex hair and beauty salon that has been trading since 1996. I co- Manage/own the salon.

For what projects/services did your company hire Neko Web Design, and what were your goals?

As the salon had been trading for over 20 years-a new modern approach was needed in order to make the salon more accessible via a new website. The company required online booking and an eCommerce facility within a new website.

Neko web design removed all the anxiety that can be associated with major change with a very thorough and meticulous proposal/website mock up. We instantly knew Beauty Creations required their services and needed web development to modernise the business.

Work was carried out effectively, Neko Web Design made themselves readily available via all forms of communication at all times. Factors that were not considered by us were all preempted and brought to our attention. Key interface factors were also demonstrated and relayed to us in order for the business to make an informed decision.

We have seen an increase of new clientele-those of which have voiced that they have been much more comfortable placing a booking online due to a professional website. This has been stated several times
