Feigin electric is a company building IT software solutions to lower carbon emissions. Im the founder and CEO.

For what projects/services did your company hire Nebucode, and what were your goals?

We hired Nebucode for three reasons:

1. to update our technology with new UX/UI,
2. to balance our workload with ongoing support and new technology upgrades
3. deliver web dev for our ERP system.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We knew of them from some other development work that they had done for one of our customers. Their experience and work methodology fit us perfectly.

Nebucode had full rein for the Web development and update, delivering an end-to-end solution. Nebucode quickly understood both the platform’s function and our intent and was able to offer us immediate, detailed solution suggestions.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Our dedicated team included a project manager, a UX lead and designer, and back-end & frontend developers. Despite some changes in personnel and overall team growth, our deliverables have not been impacted. They manage operations very professionally.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The platform was user-friendly and generated a significant amount of business. Additionally, the solution was cost-effective because we no longer had to hire internal supervisors to oversee the ordering process.

We communicated via email and teams. They replied instantly and helped us with every issue.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We want to keep working with Nebucode as much as we can. It’s incredible how they’re always on time and meet every deadline we set. They’re highly professional and work diligently to ensure they do everything the way we like, even if we change the requirements during development. They’re very professional. We rarely cancel meetings because they’re always able to attend. They even work night and weekends.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No. We’re very happy with Nebucode

I am the managing director at Chata - real estate agency

For what projects/services did your company hire Nebucode, and what were your goals?

We reached out Nebucode to develop a solution which could improve daily work of their agents. Each of them were spending even up to 10 hours weekly only on preparing contracts, which was a tedious, manual work. The product was supposed to reduce the further loss of the company and enable their employees to focus on more essential tasks.

Nebucode held creating web application design to tailoring contracts for real estate agency and development of React, Node.js and MySQL, it entirely changed the daily work of our of agents.

Our application significantly improved the work of the entire entreprise and now is being used by more than 50 customer’s employees on a daily basis

Nebucode helped us to bring our company to the next level. With their support, we created a great, functional app just within a few weeks which improved the work of more than 50 employees. Their customer-oriented approach and devotion to the project were invaluable, and we highly recommend choosing them as a technology partner

The scope of service offered to clients, both in terms of business and financial sides, as well as the actual web development.

I believe that every organization can improve but in terms of Nebucode we cannot find anything specific.

I am the CEO and founder at my company. In the free time i'm also helping and delivering my products to customers.

Ours goal, as a producer of disinfectants, was to provide our clients digital solution helping to maintain cleanliness and safety of pool water. We asked Nebucode to us in product development and all technology-related aspects, such as building administration panel, login and registration system and running the tests.

We initially reached out to several different vendors when we began searching - we used www.oferia.pl. Nebucode offered, in-depth analysis and advice before we even agreed to hire them, which was very impressive.

Firstly Nebucode provided a group of experienced development, UI/UX, and management specialists who implement features and improvements designed to support UX, reliability, and performance. The overall plan included integrating a combination of open source and proprietary code to deliver a professional and polished final product that would delight our users.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The team's size has fluctuated between 3 and 5 members. This was UI/UX specialists, frontend and backend developers and PM.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Technology support from Nebucode helped us to create one of the most innovative startups in the industry. As the next step, we’re working on an online store equipped with fully automated distribution system. Once it’s ready, users will be able to order detergents directly from the app and complete their payment with a payment gateway.

Project management was excellent throughout. Project manager and CEO - Patryk, made us continually provide invaluable feedback regarding task prioritization and scheduling;

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We didn’t expect this project to exceed our expectations. Nebucode appeared to be experienced and devoted, contributing innovative ideas. I can highly recommend them as specialists definitely having a good understanding of the startup industry.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They continue to exceed expectations in all areas, and I am excited to watch them to grow.

I a founder of an online payment solution.

Developing an online payment web-based solution from scratch.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Nebucode was recommended to us by friends who spoke very highly of their professionalism and engagement.

Nebucode puts their clients first. They are flexible and eagerly discuss ideas to provide efficient solutions. We have meet twice weakly, which allows for real-time alignment and fluid work.

We work in close collaboration with the project manager and Nebucode founder, both of whom are engaged in the project. Apart form that, we work with graphic designers and developers from Nebucode.

The project is still on-going, however, adroit people at Nebucode already added valuable input into the project.

The project is managed via Trello. That's how the project is managed and how the deadlines are met. Nebucode uses an online communicator of client's choice.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What I find most impressive about Nebucode was the client-focused approach. Nebucode is going above and beyond to not only support the project from the IT side but also ensures its success in other areas.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The project is still ongoing. However, at leas for the time being, we have nothing to complain about.

The app is a place to sell, buy and discover streetwear fashion.

For what projects/services did your company hire Nebucode, and what were your goals?

We hired Nebucode in order to finish development of the web platform and develop mobile application for Late4drop.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Nebucode was recommended to us through common business partner.

The purpose of the contracted service was to build fully functional web and mobile application. We created Web MVP ourselves (React Language) but we needed further development. The integration of Web & Mobile should be done using React Native technology. Here are examples of what needed to be done

• Integration with analytics allowing the administrator (from the level of the already built web application) to view basic conversion statistics.
• Connection to API of InPost system in order to download labels for sellers and partner points (required when collecting by courier).
• Integration with Facebook, Google in order to share sales/auction offers of clothes from the application.
• Testing and introduction of the mobile application to Google Play and App Store. -Messaging between users on the platform.
• Registration and login to the application using your own email address, approved by an incoming message to your email inbox. Additionally, login using external, integrated social media platforms e.g. Facebook, Google.
• Buying and bidding
• The product search leads to the user finding clothes that match their requirements. Factors that we take into account when searching for clothes include size, color, brand, condition, price (filtering).
• Product Listing that allows you to list your item for sale in the form of "buy now", or "bid" (including adding name, description, category and more). In the process of listing an item, photos can be added using our mobile app and using photos from your phone's gallery. For the aesthetics of the platform, photos should be able to be cropped.
• Integration with Payment Gateway. The purpose of this module is to pay to seller and pay out funds to the "virtual" wallet, which is then used to send funds to the seller's account.

CEO, 1 web developer, 1 mobile developer

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We started our relation February 2021 and to December 2021 the platforms are still not finished. For example,

• Payments are not working on mobile apps
• Log in through Facebook or Google crashes
• Obvious mistakes on landing page, like messages button crashing, brands wrongly connected to filters
• For some reason the basic functionalities like messaging are not on mobile web version
• Administrator and Inpost integration still haven't been presented to us
• Filters on mobile web are not showing e.g. brand logos
• Inputs like: name, nickname on mobile are not saving
• Adding products on mobile app is not working

Sad to say but there is weak communication and slow response time. we mainly communicate with their CEO through messenger. They seem not to test throughly products before handing them to us. There is always something left to do, which is really time consuming.

Young team but the outcome is not as we would like it to be.
