I’m a chiropractic neurologist and the owner and founder of The Hartman Center for Functional Neurology.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with NBPro Media?

I needed help producing headshots and videos for my practice.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

NBPro Media provided us with photography and video production services. Our first project together was a headshot and advertising videos for my practice. 

For our most recent project, they took several headshots for my office and our website, and they produced a series of testimonial videos. The team put together a compilation of patient testimonials in which they told their stories. 

Though we scripted a few questions as talking points, the NBPro Media team took over the questions during the interviews. They gave each of my patients a chance to tell their stories about how their quality of life has improved. 

Both the photoshoots and the interviews were conducted in NBPro Media’s studio; we rented the space for the day. In terms of video production, the team handled all aspects of it, from writing to audio mixing to video editing. 

What is the team composition?

Nick (Director & CEO) was our main point of contact. 

How did you come to work with NBPro Media?

I do CrossFit with Nick, and I’d seen his material through the advertising he’d put together for our CrossFit gym. The NBPro Media team is pretty reputable, and they really know my area, so choosing them was a no-brainer — when you want the best, you go to the best.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent less than $3,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We first worked together in April 2020. Our most recent project ran from December 2021–January 2022. 

I’m sure I'll work with NBPro Media again; we’ll engage them on new projects as we go.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

NBPro Media really captured the emotional story behind what our patients explained. Nick and his team made a wonderful compilation of content that speaks to the professionalism and overall message we were trying to convey in our medical practice. 

The quality of the videos they produced was exceptional. I never had to send something back to be re-edited; their work was always perfect on the first shot. Every time I’ve shown a video to a patient, they’ve absolutely loved it. My wife and family have also loved NBPro Media’s work. 

Their turnaround time was also awesome. They edited a full day’s worth of shooting for the first project within one or two weeks. Meanwhile, the turnaround time for the testimonials was about three weeks. Overall, NBPro Media’s work was spectacular. 

How did NBPro Media perform from a project management standpoint?

They were always on top of things, and I didn’t have to worry about anything. Our communication was pretty easy; we used email and text messages. 

Initially, we had a discovery phone call to figure out the purpose of the project and what we were looking for, which didn’t take long at all. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I appreciate that I didn't have to worry about anything; I knew I was getting a quality product at a very competitive price. I trust NBPro Media and their work, so they gave me peace of mind and exceptional results. 

Additionally, they have a really professional studio laid out. Our patients felt so comfortable with Nick and his team that the conversation flowed organically and perfectly during the testimonials. 

Getting to work with Nick for the last two years has been pretty special. I could call NBPro Studio to tell them what I wanted, and they knew exactly how to turn that into artwork. Working with them was fantastic — they were truly a first-class experience.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There wasn't anything they needed to improve; I’m really happy and grateful for their work.

Talk to Nick like you’ve known him for 10 years; he’ll always do right by you!
