I am the owner of a small restaurant and café. We also offer delivery options for lunch and dinner. Recently launched a subscription based food delivery app called Indori Tiffin.

I hired them to create an app that can support my restaurant/food delivery business. I was struggling with online food delivery and also wanted to create some online presence for my restaurant and food delivery business. Navtark offered me a solutions (mobile app with web based admin panel) with the following features:

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They contacted me though an email and after meetings (2-3 meetings), I decided that I will go with them only. • They offered me a customized solution to meet my exact need • Response time is phenomenal • Pricing was also a deciding factor as a small business owner, I was not able to invest too much • I was offered with a free support for 6 months • Technology stack is also very modern one: Laravel for Web based admin portal and Flutter for the Mobile App (Android and iOS)

Manage subscriptions, Manage Menu Items, Delivery confirmation, live chat, payment gateway integration, delivery boy login and other functionalities, Statistics, Reporting, Push notification and an admin panel to manage everything.

5-6 People were involved. The sales manager, Project manager, Developers, Designer and a Tester.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Happy with how everything is working. Getting good response from the customers as I am offering them a good looking mobile app. Saved my time from managing the subscriptions, payments and to keep track of deliveries and customer communication. My customers are also pleased as they are getting timely updates, notifications and some offers from us.

They kept me informed from the starting of the project. Discussed all minor and major aspects of the project with me and covered everything I was looking for. Time management is exceptional and I was able to launch on the desired time. They emailed me on daily basis, without any fail and we had calls whenever we required that. Everything was well managed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their honesty and dedication were amazing. Offered me a latest solution with all the customizations I need in a very well managed way. I could not ask for more. Pricing was superb!! They will surely have some more work from me in near future.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing I can mention or advise. Everything was perfect.

We are a packaged food company serving entire UK and some other European countries. I am the business partner (co-owner) of the company.

We were looking to create a webshop for one of our product lines. Mainly targeting UK and EU. Initially, were a little hesitant in working with somebody in India because this is something we have never done before. But the solution they offered was simply incredible. Pricing was great too.

We opted for a bespoke design and custom functionality and they have delivered everything promised. Apart from standard e-commerce features, there were features like one-step checkout, deals of the day, coupons, multiple payment gateways integration like Klarna, integration with our inventory system. Overall, they did a really nice job. Very happy.

They approached us through LinkedIn, my partner was initially contacted. We were really impressed by the sample work and most of all the rates.

Technology used: WordPress, Woocommerce, PHP, HTML, CSS etc.. Key deliverables were: Bespoke design, standard webshop features, multiple payment gateways, ERP and POS integration, deals, coupons, one step checkout etc.

We worked with 4 members. The sales head, project lead, and two developers.

Webshop is looking great! They have delivered everything on time. My team is also pleased with the outcome. Loading time is great and everything is functioning properly.

Project management style was good. We were getting work updates on regular intervals. They use Basecamp tool for daily updates. Very good.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their professionalism and dedication toward work were very impressive. Rates were impressive too. Overall, I am very pleased.

None.

I am the owner of home services company and we deal with home services like plumbing, heating and others.

We hired them for a customized website development to fulfill our organization goals. Our main goal was to get exactly what we were looking for and also to get that done within specified budget and time lines.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They contacted through LinkedIn like many others but what impressed me the most was the line where they mentioned that they will give me the full refund in case of any dissatisfaction. Also, offered me a good price.

Website development from scratch. The new design, mockups, backend work, integration with third party software like QuickBooks, Mailchimp, PayPal, Stripe, APIs and integration with mobile app. Used PHP, MySQL, WordPress, HTML5 etc.. I am not very technical person.

4 guys. Manager, Developer, Designer, Tester I guess.

They have completed the given website within specified time line and cost. Everything they did was very impressive, and we were happy with the regular updates and communication.

Project management was good. They use Basecamp software for updates on daily basis. We used to communicate using Google meet for frequent update calls with all the team members.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are true professionals. I didn't expect this from a small company located far away. From technical side, communication and the best part pricing, I am very impressed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No. I am a satisfied customer.
