Our partnership started with a discovery call and an audit by Nationwide Leads' team. After they presented a report with all of the essential actions, we discussed how we might address each action point, and because I also have an in-house marketing team, Nationwide Leads needed to collaborate with my team rather than simply offering a solution without our agreement. We have been on a retainer basis with Nationwide Leads and his team now and we are in close communication with them every month to acquire their insights and action plans.

We held a brainstorming workshop to get input from all departments inside the company, including IT, product development, management, creative, and merchandise. Nationwide Leads listened to everyone and gathered information. In order to learn what the competition was doing well and what we weren't, they drew out various viewpoints both internally and externally. They did this by comparing us to sites that were competitors.

It was well done by Nationwide Leads to gather all the background data. They followed a methodical procedure and made sense of the path from the initial engagement to the end delivery when doing the research and collecting the data. We were reminded of the actions taken and the future steps. Nationwide Leads kept adding details about our positioning and voice as we went along.

A book that we could distribute to the internal staff, including those in customer service and packaging, was the last product we produced. It was a concise, easy-to-read, 170-page account of the steps we took as a team to arrive at the new identity and positioning, complete with illustrations.

Since the catalog and website will be launched in October, I do not yet have any metrics for the deliverable. After it was finished, we still had a lot of work to do.

They collaborate effectively, maintain focus, are amiable, and are well-organized. The division with whom we collaborated was excellent. In every section, there was a person in charge of the overall composition. The staff is young, in their early 30s or late 20s, and I was impressed by their professionalism, speed, and thoroughness. They were also able to do the project ahead of schedule.

In my opinion, Nationwide Leads has excellent verbal and copy skills, and their brand positioning personnel are very impressive. Since they are a branding firm rather than a design firm, they excel at finding a voice rather than making catalogs or websites. Their procedure was excellent. They prevented one voice from controlling the conversation and kept everyone engaged. To ensure they had the information right, Nationwide Leads performed a fantastic job of repeating it back.

They started from the beginning, thoroughly researching the 40-year history of our company to understand who we were. Our important stakeholders, both inside and outside our company, were also interviewed by their resources. At the end, they informed us of their findings and provided a pictographic board and language-based brand to further explain the findings. The final product was a brand package that includes everything from a new Zoom background and letterhead to a new method of self-promotion. The document is dynamic.

Despite the fact that our work is more narrative than data-driven, our new brand has completely amazed our in-house marketers. I also have experience in marketing, and Nationwide Leads has done excellent work.

The brand has received a lot of positive feedback; it's beautiful and captures our self-perceptions. It also reflects what other people think of us.

While it is impossible to measure everything precisely, the overall feeling among our members has been favorable, and we have been able to strengthen our ties with them.
