Nationwide Leads finished our rebranding and conducted some market research. When we first met with them, they gave us an overview of their business and the terms of the deal. We then signed with them.

There were two primary stages to the six-month project. Nationwide Leads first conducted an identity study. To determine our primary difference, they spoke with individuals both inside and outside of our organization, as well as competitors and previous and prospective clients.

Following the market research process, they began to show potential brand designs. Nationwide Leads improved the logo and messaging as we made choices, and we eventually crossed the finish line.

They also created fonts, colors, a marketing film, and some artwork. The project's final product was a paper with branding standards that carefully explained everything

We held a brainstorming workshop to get input from all departments inside the company, including IT, product development, management, creative, and merchandise. Nationwide Leads listened to everyone and gathered information. In order to learn what the competition was doing well and what we weren't, they drew out various viewpoints both internally and externally. They did this by comparing us to sites that were competitors.

It was well done by Nationwide Leads to gather all the background data. They followed a methodical procedure and made sense of the path from the initial engagement to the end delivery when doing the research and collecting the data. We were reminded of the actions taken and the future steps. Nationwide Leads kept adding details about our positioning and voice as we went along.

A book that we could distribute to the internal staff, including those in customer service and packaging, was the last product we produced. It was a concise, easy-to-read, 170-page account of the steps we took as a team to arrive at the new identity and positioning, complete with illustrations.

At the end, they informed us of their findings and provided a pictographic board and language-based brand to further explain the findings. The final product was a brand package that includes everything from a new Zoom background and letterhead to a new method of self-promotion. The document is dynamic.
