We originally wanted to bring in over 10,000 new users within three months, but they helped us project a more rational number in a way that would help us scale to the future.

How did you select this vendor?

At a different company, we previously worked with them on a myriad of small engagements, so they were our first choice to bring on for this project. I vetted them against several local creatives & marketing agencies, but I chose them because of the work they’ve been done in the past.

They ran competitive analytics against some of the apps we wanted to based our acquisition models on. They also developed our website and put together a strategy to attract new users while retaining and engaging our existing user base.

What was the team composition?

We’ve worked with one of the founders, Nickita (Partner, N2 Marketing), who remembered the details of some of our old projects. We’ve also worked with several content writers, a number of designers, a web developer, several marketing specialists, and a project manager.

Can you share any statistics or metrics that speak to the quality of their work and impact of the engagement?

We now have a six-month strategy, and we’ve brought in 5,000 users organically without any paid campaigns. Organic acquisition has been a huge point of focus for us since we were in beta, and we never had a handle on it until we worked with N2 Marketing.

It honestly felt like we had an in-house team working on our project. I could reach out and talk with them at any time, pitch ideas, get answers, and collaborate on any sort of initiatives.

What impresses you about N2 Marketing?

Their work standards and transparency during the project stood out to me. Several times, we had a few design changes or strategic changes submitted in a report, which I was personally fine with, but they took extra time and resources to create a new follow-up version. They weren’t obligated to do any of that, which I think speaks to what kind of team they are.
