Despite their efforts, MyWork delivered a not-quite-functional website. The team lacked communication, guidance, and support. The client was unhappy with the project management and said that the team was unresponsive and unaccountable. This ultimately led to a disappointing engagement.

I wouldn’t recommend this company if you're looking for a functioning, professional website—or clear communication, for that matter.
Despite providing all the text, images, and information from my side, the site still isn’t set up properly. It wasn’t until one day before go-live that I realised I hadn’t added shipping fees—something so basic, yet not once flagged by the team. I’m not an IT expert—that’s exactly why I hired professionals. But if you don’t know what to ask, they won’t tell you. There is no guidance, no checklists, no support. If something’s missing, they’ll say it wasn’t in scope, and that’s that.
Forget about timelines, updates, or even basic communication. Everything goes through Bryan, who acts as a blocker rather than a facilitator. He controls all access to Dan, the general manager, who is apparently unreachable to clients. Days go by before you get answers—if you get them at all.
The “dedicated developer” promised at the start is not dedicated to you. You’ll spend more time chasing, double-checking, and wondering what’s being done than actually progressing your project. And when you question delays or gaps, the response feels more like deflection than accountability.
In short: if you want a partner who works with you, keeps you informed, and helps you launch a proper, functioning website—look elsewhere. This was not a professional experience.
