Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the Chief Product Offcer at company which educates consumers about their financial health and credit risk via Web products based on their financials.

For what projects/services did your company hire Mygom.tech, and what were your goals?

We hired Mygom.tech to create a Web portal for our newly founded company. Mygom.tech was responsible for UI part while we had our own backend developers. The goals was to find someone capable of designing and programing modern website with great user experience using latest technologies.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We hired Mygom.tech via recommendation from another happy customer. Deciding factors were their passion about their work, their quick understanding of our product and problems we'd help customers to solve. We heard they're quick with development and we needed that for best time-to-market.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We had initial meetings to discuss the vision and the goal of the project. Later on we continued communicating via Slack and phone. Prior start of the development we've created Jira tasks and wrote userstories of each page/feature. We had brandbook to kick-off the styling of the pages and I had to provide high level wireframes of how I'd like our pages to look like for the guidance. Once we had stories and wireframes ready, Mygom.tech started their development and while the initial project - creation of the portal is complete, we continue to work with Mygom.tech for new smaller improvements to our product.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We've been communicating with CEO and project manager, while Frontend developers and QA specialist were doing the work.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We're satisfied with the delivered result. Website looks outstanding, pages are modern and clean, transition between pages is crisp and smooth. We can't provide any measurable outcomes, since because of Mygom.tech we actually were able to launch our product.

Communication was mainly on Slack, occasionally via phone and of course Jira.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their attention to detail, knowledge of the latest technologies and trends, and timely delivery are exceptional!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I cannot think of any at this time

We hired Mygom.tech to help us with web-based software solutions in Fintech. Mygom.tech was responsible for the Frontend and UI/UX part of many projects development, from business relations application development, and implementation to existing software, to banking UI/UX application designs and frontend part creation.

We hired Mygom.tech at an early stage of this company development, by finding it, on an agancy search platform.

We create many projects with Mygom.tech. All the projects are based on React, javascript, Typescript technologies, and others related to them. The workflow was depending on the project in some cases we hire one of the Mygom.teh developers to help us develop some parts of the project. In other cases, we hired Mygom as a whole team which was responsible for UI/UX part and Frontend development. We were working in 1 - 2 weeks sprints. Prior start of the development we've created Jira tasks and wrote user stories for each page/feature.

We've been communicating with CEO and project manager, and 2 - 3 developers.

The software development with this company goes much faster and more performant than with any other agency that we worked with, so they’ve met all the needs we were hoping to achieve so far.

First, speaking as a software company, Mygom.tech understands the software business. Mygom.tech knows how to make products. Second, their breadth of experience stands out. They have a great team of in-house designers and developers. Third, they’re a great cultural fit with us. Because we’re embedding them with our team, they understand agile systems and they share our values in terms of creating greater customer experiences and adopting best practices. The transition to start working with them was very smooth.
