Mygom is responsible for developing the backbone of Speiz’s product, known as the Matching Engine. This AI-powered tool analyzes vast amounts of data to identify the most optimal commercial real estate matches for our tenant customers. Key performance metrics include data analysis speed and matching accuracy.
Additionally, Mygom has built:
Tenant-facing module – Enables tenants to sign up, submit requests, evaluate proposals, initiate contact with landlords, and more.
Landlord-facing module – Allows landlords to sign up, onboard their property portfolios, and review tenant profiles.
Mygom’s key deliverables include these critical modules, ensuring seamless functionality for both tenants and landlords within the platform.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Deliverables for the Matching Engine, Tenant Module, and Landlord Module were completed on time, aligned with the roadmap, and within the allocated budget.

Mygom consistently delivered on time as outlined. Although our Speiz team introduced changes to the roadmap during development, Mygom adapted seamlessly to our evolving needs, providing accurate timelines and setting realistic expectations. Most importantly, they never overpromised, ensuring we could plan our operational activities, such as sales, with confidence and alignment. In other words, if they couldn't meet our expectations they said that, and then we managed to discuss and find the optimal timeline, budget and so on.

What impressed me most about Mygom team is their deep understanding of the customer, including their pain points and behavior. While they are great at tech development, Mygom.tech's standout quality is the human touch they bring to their work. Being a smaller tech house, with the business owner closely involved in our project, they understand the dynamic nature of startups - adapting to changes and finding common ground that benefits everyone, both in the short and long term. Rather than only sticking to the contract, their flexible and empathetic approach has been invaluable, especially during challenging moments.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Mygom.tech could have done differently?
There is always room for improvement but I can’t point to any major issues or red flags. At one point, some team members were replaced (though I’m unsure of the reason), but Mygom effectively onboarded new members without causing disruptions to our project. Overall, this transition was managed smoothly and did not impact our progress.

We hired Mygom.tech to create a Web portal for our newly founded company. Mygom.tech was responsible for UI part while we had our own backend developers. The goals was to find someone capable of designing and programing modern website with great user experience using latest technologies.

We hired Mygom.tech via recommendation from another happy customer. Deciding factors were their passion about their work, their quick understanding of our product and problems we'd help customers to solve. We heard they're quick with development and we needed that for best time-to-market.

We had initial meetings to discuss the vision and the goal of the project. Later on we continued communicating via Slack and phone. Prior start of the development we've created Jira tasks and wrote userstories of each page/feature. We had brandbook to kick-off the styling of the pages and I had to provide high level wireframes of how I'd like our pages to look like for the guidance. Once we had stories and wireframes ready, Mygom.tech started their development and while the initial project - creation of the portal is complete, we continue to work with Mygom.tech for new smaller improvements to our product.

We've been communicating with CEO and project manager, while Frontend developers and QA specialist were doing the work.

We're satisfied with the delivered result. Website looks outstanding, pages are modern and clean, transition between pages is crisp and smooth. We can't provide any measurable outcomes, since because of Mygom.tech we actually were able to launch our product.

We create many projects with Mygom.tech. All the projects are based on React, javascript, Typescript technologies, and others related to them. The workflow was depending on the project in some cases we hire one of the Mygom.teh developers to help us develop some parts of the project. In other cases, we hired Mygom as a whole team which was responsible for UI/UX part and Frontend development. We were working in 1 - 2 weeks sprints. Prior start of the development we've created Jira tasks and wrote user stories for each page/feature.
