Plixlife.com is built in Shopify, It was in WordPress initially but with the growth of the company they move it to Shopify therefore we migrated whole website to shopify with new interface for the customer to interact. Kings Trader is a Ready-to-Wear collection and the other of personally customized shoes for our customers. The website is built in Shopify and all the work done is taken care of in the theme customization of the Shopify Store
We developed the site for customers’ convenience where they could choose from a lot of options and order their shoes.
The website provides two categories of services in footwear. One of the Ready-to-Wear collection and the other of personally customized shoes for their customers.
The customization starts with sizing (regular or extra-wide width options), the category of shoes (Oxford, Derbies, Loafers, and Monkstraps), a varied choice of styles in the Plain toe, Cap toe, Quarter Brogue, Wingtip, in lace-ups. And decisions of Penny, Butterfly, Tassel, Belgian in loafers. Further customization in leather and suede color options or a combination of the two (leather and suede) is also an option.

Sanadeeg - Ecommerce - Shopify
Sanadeeg is Shopify eCommerce multi-channel eCommerce website with content management. Sanadeeg has perfect web and app view for users.
We helped Sanadeeg analyze the reason for the low conversion rates. We found that the current sites were not able handle a huge number of simultaneous clients and we proposed a database mapping that helped them tackle this issue.
We executed a Search server on the site that expanded the pursuit speed and improved consistency highlights. Clients were currently ready to modify their quests to granular levels and find significant items a lot quicker.
We built up another stage that worked like a Content Management System (CMS), from which the site propelled. This helped them deal with the destinations better as well as spared them from support costs.

My in-house team handled most of the backend and imaging processing work, but our frontend development needed to be outsourced. So, we hired My Virtual Teams.

My Virtual Teams provides us with frontend development services and helps us improve product deployment. Initially it was about creating a web-presence but it has over the years developed into more services like how to handle GDPR, managing users, developing integrated apps/eco-systems, and integration to other services like frame.io. Today we have two platforms - inkish.tv and inkish.news.
How did you select My Virtual Teams and what were the deciding factors?
We have used upwork to find partners, but have now worked so long time with MyVirutalTeams that I almost forgot how. We have worked with several Indian developers - but honestly, never worked with any one company for SO many years and with an intent to have this as an ongoing for-ever relationship.
The importance in the relationship is less about technology, but more that MVT really understand OUR business objectives and are able to manage projects with a minimal effort from our side.

Their timeliness and understanding of the business we want to achieve have stood out in the partnership. You can often find some with a good technical understanding and often also some with a great business understanding, but rarely in one company.

Interwave is one of two preferred web developers for the Signature Travel Network. Signature transitioned from how they delivered content to their members' web sites from a SQL data dump to an API. We contracted with My Virtual Teams to convert our Extension to use the new API.

My Virtual Teams had been working with Interwave to implement updates to the SQL data dump and was very familiar with our needs. Even with the 12.5 hour time difference, their responsiveness was amazing.
We had been working with My Virtual Teams for several years prior and they consistently delivered more value for the price than other previous programmers had.

Interwave had developed a Joomla Component extension to integrate the Signature SQL data dump into the hosted websites of their members. After personal changes at Interwave, we needed a reliable solution for updating this extension.
After interviewing multiple candidates we connected with Vipin Goyal of My Virtual Teams. Vipin's team was able to update and improve our extension using the SQL data dump.
After being informed by Signature that they were moving to an API we contacted My Virtual Teams, provided them with the new specifications and they provided a reasonable cost and time estimate.
After updating the import routine they updated the core extension as well as additional modules allowing Interwave to provide more functionality to our customers. It was a pleasure to work with their team to develop the various landing page layouts.

We’re a Toronto-based digital agency that serves medium-sized companies with digital strategy and execution. We’ve been in business for about 25 years, and I’m the president and founder of the company.
What challenge were you trying to address with My Virtual Teams?
We work with them as an external partner for web development, complicated back-end projects, and specialized digital services.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Our first project together was a WordPress site that required significant customization. Our in-house team was busy at the time, so we reached out to them for outsourced WordPress development. In this case, we provided them with general storyboards and creative, and they handled the front- and backend work. It also required them to build a custom theme and specialize that as well.
Our client was concerned about the security and privacy of their content. They were managing a suite of investment portfolios, so users needed to be able to log in and view permission-based investment documents. The creative and UX were big priorities. Additionally, they needed to build out administrative processes that would allow people within their organization to manage and update content. The site was integrated with Mailchimp, so the internal team could market their content.
While the site has been launched, they’ve managed updates and the implementation of new features since then.

We had one main point of contact. There were also two developers, one creative teammate, and another specialist.

We work with many outside suppliers, and it’s difficult to find a team with strong skills and great customer service. Their team definitely has that. When our client indicated that they wanted to make an addition to the project midway through development, they were willing to take on the challenge and focus on fixing the problem first.
They didn’t have to redefine the scope and their billing before taking care of the issue at hand. Through this project, we impressed our client and secured some additional work with them.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
We are an e-commerce and loyalty website, similar to Amazon and Groupon combined. I’m the manager and manage the whole process of the development of the project.
What challenge were you trying to address with My Virtual Teams?
I needed help in developing the platform. At first, I wanted to see if My Virtual Teams had the same vision I had for the business model that I wanted to build. I wanted to know if they had the ability to develop what I wanted, and to my surprise, they did. They have the same kind of vision, and we’ve been working together for over five years.
What was the scope of their involvement?
I explained to them what I wanted and My Virtual Teams designed mockups for the website. They built everything from start to finish including design and coding. We used JavaScript, PHP, and other languages to build the platform.
Everything our company has been built 100% by My Virtual Teams. They built a CMS first and two different websites as a loyalty page and e-commerce page. Then we put them together as one website. They also built an iOS and Android application. They have contributed to the ideas of the features as well. The original features and functionalities have shifted because the business grew so fast. They are currently redesigning the application based on our users’ feedback.
We have a loyalty page and an e-commerce page. On the e-commerce page, the whole design is not user-friendly. The users have complained that it’s hard to search for products. My Virtual Teams has helped us redesign the entire e-commerce page. Users have also complained about the checkout process, so they’ve also redesigned that to make it as simple as possible. We are currently in the process of integrating the new design that they built.

What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in 2015, and the relationship is ongoing. I’ve worked with them since 2009 on other projects with other companies.
Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?
Their flexibility and the fact that they understood our vision, helped our company get to where we are today. We discuss any changes before we implement them, and they are very good at it. They have ways we can market the website and suggestions on how we can improve things.
How did My Virtual Teams perform from a project management standpoint?
We communicate every day through phone calls. I have worked with other agencies before, but managing My Virtual Teams is really easy. They have a lead person that I communicate with, and the developers communicate with that person. The communication is very clear. If they don’t understand what I’m trying to say, we call and talk. We also type it out for the records so they can remember. We keep track of all the tasks in Kanban, assign tasks from there, and can see what has been completed.
Everything has been very smooth. We don't have any problems with communication. Because their work is so good, I’ve recommended them to friends.
What did you find most impressive about My Virtual Teams?
They’re reliable and they get things done when they tell you they will, if not before. They always make sure they test everything before presenting it to us. Whenever there are issues, they help us at any time, even in the middle of the night. I like that they’re available all the time.
Are there any areas My Virtual Teams could improve?
When I first started with them, one of the programmers they assigned was not getting the work done on time. I complained to them and they took action immediately by replacing him with somebody reliable. I haven’t had any other problems with them.

Maybe a more formal process for requesting a task since the two parties have an established relationship. And a centralized place/process for sending/receiving assets, etc.
