Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Director of the Franco-German primary eco-school La Courbe, a public school located in Aytré (17), France. The La Courbe eco-school offers an elementary program from kindergarten to CM2.

For what projects/services did your company hire MX/COM?

We needed a brand new website better anchored in the latest technological objectives and challenges today, for better transversal communication between parents, teachers and students.

What were your goals for this project?

The objectives of the site were to promote the school to a wider audience; the provision of resources and news related to school, classes and student achievement; ease of sharing and common work on the part of the teachers on the site.

MX / COM realized the website with a brand new graphic charter, including logos, color codes, and visuals. We were thus able to have a functional website meeting all the objectives (and even more, future objectives that we had not identified), all under a unique graphic charter that corresponds to us.

We had a single contact who was present throughout the project, and always today for support.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

From the start of the site's launch, we saw a large daily audience, coming from parents and teachers, a sign that it was a real need long overdue. There were no failures, we received many positive comments.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We were informed of all stages of the project throughout its duration, all our questions were answered.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Understanding current and future needs, including those that have not yet been identified. The graphic charter is also very good.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Some small technical details which correspond to new needs which we will discuss together with MX / COM. Everything is perfect otherwise.

I'm Barbara Chevret, director and founder of a startup called Metiway. We're a French platform that provides users with informative resources about different trades. We share videos directly from trade companies and their employees.

We contacted MX/COM during Metiway's pre-launch. They were responsible for setting up our community management system. Then, they needed to establish an SEO strategy for the short, medium, and long-term to give us more visibility in a dense digital market.

We seek to help the public discover more information about different trades with the help of participating professionals. Our platform grants those professionals with additional visibility, so it's important that we have relevant, high-quality content for our users.

The collaboration took place in two stages: 

1. Community management system: They defined a solid foundation for effective social network management along with a visual strategy.
2. SEO: They've managed our SEO since our startup's launch, improving our visibility and positioning within Google's search results. They focus on complete site optimization and backlinks.

What was the team composition?

We were in direct contact with the director throughout the project, which assured us that the project would be delivered reliably.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We quickly obtained a large base of people who were interested in our services. Many followers and likes came in on social networks, too.

MX/COM's service made it possible to rank on Google as soon as we launched our site, and we have several interesting positions thanks to the site's potential authority.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

MX/COM provided support throughout the project, answering each of our questions without delay.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We appreciate how honestly they discuss matters with our team, and they're always available. They also have a high level of knowledge about the market.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We don't see any room for improvement at this time because we're fully satisfied with their services.

Obviously, we'd like to improve our positioning on Google faster, but SEO is a long-term job. It all depends on Google!
