We are familiar with Muteki Group from the last project where their specialist helped us to set up a cloud environment. Therefore, they turned to them when they needed help in an area where their main expertise was needed.

The project is designed to process data from special sources. The project consists of several parts - a hardware device that sends data to the cloud. The other part is the cloud part for message processing, data storage and data retrieval. The Muteki Group team qualitatively assessed the scope of work and divided it into stages according to the priority of the functionality.

It was great that Muteki Group also works with the hardware part, so their embedded engineer helped to program the device, and the DSP engineer helped with writing and coding the image protection algorithm to prevent image abuse and data leaks.

Our joint project with the Muteki group has been successfully completed and this product is already being used by one of the UK’s largest companies.

The management approach is flexible. If you suddenly need to change something in the process, they will be able to find a way, even if at first glance this is impossible. The project was led in Jira, communication in Slack or meetings in Google meet/Zoom.

The team is tight-knit. It can be seen that they have been working together for a long time and this of course affects the work, as they very easily and quickly find solutions to non-standard tasks through brainstorming, and it is noticeable how each of the team is trying to improve the solution and add something of their own, based on experience. We are really impressed with this approach

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

During our project the client was completely satisfied. They are a great and tight-knit team to work with.

We were able to extend our project for 2 major EU cities: Brussel and Berlin.

I was impressed by the fact that the company is diversified. They provide outsourcing and dedicated team services, but also develop their products in a rather complex area of ML / AI. They have a wealth of experience and can be easily consulted on any issue.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Anyone can always improve. In this case i needed no improvements from Muteki Group because they delivered great product in great time frame. All expenses deadlines were met and the software developer that they provide was very experienced of a senior level. Cheers!

There were no problems with communication. Always timely answers, responsible approach to demo presentations. Our tracking took place in the Jira system, the time worked was entered regularly, without delays.

The engineer's personal interest and motivation impressed us the most. He always approached the tasks responsibly, thought over the risks, warned about them, and could offer a solution. Management is constantly in touch and it is easy to communicate on organizational issues. Friendly and polite, it is noticeable that the team has mutual support and understanding.

Muteki Group was very thorough. They wrote clean and usable code. The team performed well and the app was developed according to the specifications. The project was delivered within the time and budget estimation that Muteki Group provided during our initial negotiations. Our client was more than happy.
