What challenge were you trying to address with MultiQoS Technologies?
We had a very specific set of project requirements, and no existing software could meet our needs, especially when it came to user adoption and workflow. We went on a hunt to find a company that could develop a custom piece of software that we had designed.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We onboarded MultiQoS Technologies at the beginning of the project, providing them with project requirements. I met with the project manager to discuss the technical design and development — he understood our high-level requirements and user interactions. He then looped in the appropriate members of the MultiQoS Technologies team. Then, we used core libraries and several web technologies to implement our project.
MultiQoS Technologies successfully tied together several technologies to create the product we were looking for. Specifically, we needed to utilize specific code to deliver specific end results on printed paper. It was difficult to translate the web format to print, but MultiQoS Technologies did it flawlessly. Within just a few iterations, we achieved the functionality we wanted. MultiQoS Technologies delivered a reference app and resource management system to organize resources and disseminate targeted, industry-specific information to specified workgroups at the end of the project.
Although the initial scope of work has been completed, we’ve retained MultiQoS Technologies’ services. They’re now working on developing additional features and functionalities based on our specific requirements.

We’ve primarily worked with the business development manager, a product manager, and back- and frontend developers.

MultiQoS Technologies’ excellent development and design work had helped them execute our project, which was just wishful thinking when it started. MultiQoS Technologies has clear communication via email and they provide updates whenever I request them. We have regular meetings where I can get the information I need to ensure the project is on track and working as promised. Typically, we use Trello to manage the project.

They were also very quick to help fix issues or make changes. I never felt like there was any delay in hearing from them.

One small piece of advice is to decide from the start which communication tool they will use - sometimes it was email, sometimes Skype chat, sometimes whatsapp, and a trello board. We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our requirements. From there, the team delivered a mock-up for the main pages. As the mock up was satisfying enough, there were few iterations. The final site is hosted on HubSpot that covers our immediate needs and can evolve easily if needed.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The mock up and the web site was delivered fast. After some final fine tune-up we were able to have it online.

Communication was rather informal (although written). As out web site is, all-in-all, a simple project we appreciated the simple and fluid communication.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They were able to move forward nonetheless to deliver on time even with a certain lack of availability from our side.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Design review and final delivery review were handled by mail. Although important to keep written track, we (and I emphasize the we) should have done it also with screen sharing to be more efficient.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder and CEO of a sports, travel, and entertainment company. We started out as a provider of events planning and travel logistics services for sports fans who were looking to host sporting events in their area. Since then, we’ve grown to provide news services, sports logistics, and everything that has to do with game day needs.

What challenge were you trying to address with MultiQoS Technologies Pvt. Ltd.?
We hired MultiQoS to develop an app that could allow our fans to connect with each other on specific sporting events or game days.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
MultiQoS developed an application that sports fans could use to connect with their friends and plan their days alongside each other. This app could also enable them to set location preferences, find events in their area, and book their travels with us to various sporting events.
We started the project with general meetings. I didn’t know much about app development or design, so I put all of my ideas on paper and discussed it with the MultiQoS team. Once we were all on the same page, we moved into production, which was broken into five parts covering the initial design, functionality development, initial demo, and final demo on both Google Play and the App Store.
MultiQoS also created a landing page specifically for the app.
What is the team composition?
I had two primary contacts. There was a business development person who was in charge of managing the relationship and making sure that everything was going well in terms of the processes and timelines. The was also a lead developer with whom I spoke frequently.
How did you come to work with MultiQoS Technologies Pvt. Ltd.?
I used various network tools to look for different app development companies. I looked through LinkedIn and went through my own network of friends and family. That was when MultiQoS reached out to me and followed up with a few meetings. I really liked what I heard and saw, so we kicked it off from there.
How much have you invested with them?
The total cost was astound $19,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our partnership started in July 2021 and the project was completed in November 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We don’t have any external metrics yet, but I can confidently say that our team is extremely pleased with the MultiQoS’s work. We’ve all been on tests and beta versions, and we’re all excited to give it out to the public. It looks incredible.
How did MultiQoS Technologies Pvt. Ltd. perform from a project management standpoint?
They were incredible. They’re based in another country but they accommodated my time and worked on my schedule. Everything was done professionally. I couldn’t have asked for a better development partner.
We mostly communicated via Skype and email. We also set up a Trello board to track the progress of the project.
What did you find most impressive about them?
What stood out about MultiQoS was their ability to turn my creative idea into a usable application. They were diligent at taking notes and listened to what we wanted to accomplish. They understood our vision and asked really detailed questions to ultimately get to the bottom of the task.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I can’t think of anything.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be detailed with what you’re looking to achieve and communicate as much of it as you see fit. Don’t hesitate to change plans or alter the course of the development either, because MultiQoS is very adaptive as long as your vision is clear-cut.

I am the cofounder of an initiative based in Malaysia to improve senior citizens' mobile literacy skills.

For what projects/services did your company hire MultiQoS Technologies, and what were your goals?
We wanted to develop an app to allow senior citizens to have a one-stop platform to enhance their mobile literacy skills while also giving them the opportunity to connect with our volunteers. We knew we wanted it to be simple (considering the target group) with an intuitive design, while at the same time detailed enough to cover the basic mobile literacy skills a senior citizen would require.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We searched online for app developers that had good reviews. After the initial interview, we scheduled a few additional calls to share our requirements and to align on expectations. The MultiQoS team were friendly, timely, and considerate of our level of knowledge/ expertise in this area.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We had a series of design validation meetings prior to the actual building of the app. The team developed UIs to ensure we were aligned on the design as well as the user experience (as that was one of the most important aspects for us considering our target group). Once the design was confirmed, the actual development started. Throughout the course of the development, we were given test versions of the final output to test and provide feedback.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
A project leader was assigned for the project and was also our main point of contact for the technical development. Aside from that, we also were in contact with the project manager for all admin related items.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Within the first month, we see a comprehensive UI designed for the app. It was well thought of, and not simply a copy paste from a template. As UI/ UX was one of our major concerns due to our target group, it was great that we were able to not only visualize how the output of the app was going to look like but also provide a cycle of feedback that allowed for reiterations wherever necessary.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
It was easy to communicate with both the project leader and project manager. Most of the communications were done over Skype and email. On our end, we created a feedback deck to highlight the queries we had for every version of the app. The MultiQoS team was prompt in their response to our queries and were understanding of the delays on our end for data submission as well.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their patience and strong understanding of our needs stand out. They knew the technical logic behind an app development. As a client, we never hesitated to defer to their expertise/ ask questions for areas that were confusing to us as we had faith they will try to explain it in layman terms. For us, having that trustable relationship was important seeing as our scope of work was a very people-centered idea.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
While a rough timeline was provided at the beginning of the project, a detailed timeline would have been appreciated. As our team was new to the app dev scene, it would have been good for us to know if we needed to block time out in advance. We do acknowledge the duration of development was longer than usual due to delay on our side to provide the data on time (and also because we were flexible with the Go Live date). One possible way that might help mitigate this issue is to perhaps have status reports with the timeline to show us where are, the gaps to completion, what the remaining inputs are, and how does it affect the overall completion (to convey a sense of urgency). It will also be good to share upfront what are the additional platforms required at each stage of the project and why they are needed through a timeline or process flow chart for us to visualize the inputs needed. These information were communicated on Skype but our personal opinion is that having it as status reports/ discussions may make it easier to remember. Nevertheless, they've been great on Skype in answering our queries even despite our slow responses to them at times.
