What was the scope of their involvement?
Mule Media Inc developed a WordPress website for us. Their team started by asking us to find three different sites to serve as inspiration. Our teams sat down together and broke down what we did and didn’t like about them. A photographer came out and took photos of our restaurant and plates. They built a mockup site and, after getting out approval, kept developing on that theme. Mule Media also did SEO for us and set up an Instagram for the restaurant.
Their team also integrated a POS system. They created marketing collateral, such as business cards and flyers. Our restaurant didn’t have an operations manual so they can in and advised us on a couple of operational changes we could make. Then they helped us put that in writing in a 110-page manual.

My main point of contact is Fernando (CEO & President, Mule Media Inc). He has a team of about 10 people, including a graphic designer and a web developer.

We asked a couple of people around and interviewed two different agencies before we met with Fernando. He’s from Puerto Rico as well so that helped us narrow it down a little better.
