Three episodes. One story. The mission - to invite people most unexpectedly. Panattoni Europe in 2017 hosted a gala: "City Logistics". We've prepared an animated invitation inspired by the theme of this outstanding event.

Animated commercial - Panattoni Europe Steampunk - event teaser

Initially, the project was an animated gif invitation for Panattoni Europe Gala Award Ceremony. The event was held on the 15th of September 2016. It was the inspiration for three animations, each one telling a different piece of the same story. Finally, the animations were combined into one movie revealing the whole journey.

Initially, MU Interactive has been contacted as technical support for events dedicated to consumers. Over the years, as a result of excellent service and agency's openness for increasingly difficult challenges, the scope of tasks has been continuously growing.

What were your goals for this project?

• Nationwide promotion of the PlayStation brand - consoles, accessories, PS VR and games with professional support. • Strengthening sales in peak seasons. • Building a positive brand message by organization of dedicated consumer and media events.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

The outstanding cooperation with MU Interactive as a subcontractor made it an easy choice to strengthen the cooperation even more by selecting MU Interactive as our direct vendor.

Describe the project in detail.

The MU Interactive team cooperates with PlayStation Polska within two essential areas: 1. Events (nationwide) – full technical (software and hardware) and human resources (promotors teams) service at commercial events – e.g., exhibitions, free-stands in shopping malls, closed preview tours for the media, influencers, and developers. The agency has also created animated video materials and conducted live streams for our social platforms. 2. Operation and maintenance of our equipment stock in Poland – technical support and distribution. That includes their own initiative of a dedicated tracking system, which monitors consoles rented for testing.

What was the team composition?

MU Interactive is a team of truly great people, including a Project Manager, Technical Manager, Supervisor, Soft Developer and a Traning Manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

One of the critical measures of success within the agency’s scope of work is their efficiency and lack of significant problems with event’s handling. Our stands are very popular, which is, among others, a result of proper promotor’s training. Moreover, thanks to the system implemented by the agency, we have a greater control over the equipment in and out of stock.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

MU Interactive team is one to always rely on - they do not require being reminded about goals and always they stay in touch. I know that I can trust them, there is no need to control them every step of the way, and tasks will be carried out with due diligence.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are open to expanding their practical knowledge and are always available for advice. The team cares about our needs and they're involved in all they do.

So far we are more than pleased with MU Interactive’s performance.

We turned to MU Interactive after starting the content marketing campaign featuring the series of local experts webinars dedicated for technical engineers and partners. We were already in preparation stage and we struggled with previously chosen agency. We asked MU Interactive to step in and take over the webinar production, campaign minisite set up and later - lead generation campaign in digital as well.

Create high quality video content material, fast project initiation and optimising existing campaign towards leads generated online.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

MU Interactive is the agency I had some limited experience before, on other project in another company. Good experiences and their knowledge of our type of business, together with a high level of professionalism, made them outstand the others.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

The scope included: Project preparation work - video production onsite with very limited ddl, website setup based on existing design, project co-management with another agency.

Campaign management, optimizing the campaign performance towards new leads generated onine, media buying, campaign execution, and everyday optimization and most importantly, preliminary sales research and leads verification, something very unique that allowed us to get a set of marketing validated leads ready to be followed up directly by sales.

What was the team composition?

We were cooperating usually through single point of contact set up - account manager was our main interface on everyday basis. The campaign setup and project milestones were managed also by the company CEO. It is hard to tell how many team members in the agency were included.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The key takeway was the marketing validated leads list that exceeded our initial KPIs. Unfortunatelly I cannot share specific numbers.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had no problems with everyday communication. They made sure to adjust to our schedules and be available to us when needed. They demonstrated a lot of willingness to smoothly cooperate with external agency who worked on the project first as well.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The level of attention to detail, the willingess to share their know how with us, the complexity of service they can provide and flexibility in adjusting to the project needs.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The agency needed to step in into already begun process and therefore there were very little time to plan the future development of the campaign. However, it is very much external factor and despite that agency tried to address this topic later on, which I appreciate.

I've met CEO of MU during Software House breakfast in Warsaw, which I'm organizing and learned about the MU values, case studies and workflow during the meetings. We were checking the market at that time and MU presented most insights into our market and earned our trust.

We've had several meetings discussing our needs, local and global markets. Because of their experience with software houses they knew what are the key points in customer journey and what to address.

They suggested focusing on quality content marketing, website optimization (SEO and for SEM purposes) and using more graphics and animation to explain our services and focusing on educating clients, helping them choose the most efficient solution.

What was the team composition?

I've worked mostly with Marketing Manager, who is dedicated to our cooperation discussing ongoing operations and getting results, but the team also involved their Chief Content Officer, Graphics & UX Designers, Animation Producer & team, copy-writers and even CEO during strategic meetings.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We're still implementing our new website but the content we created together already brought attention to our company and projects. We're convinced that digital storytelling in form of the animation and content with educational value are great tools to promote B2B services.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I appreciate how effective MU is in communication. They do not require being reminded about goals, they stay in touch and they keep an eye on current developments and keep us in the loop.

While most of the agencies I've worked with need constant "pushing" with MU I can forget about a lot of things, because they just work and they will remind me if necessary.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They care about what we need and how to get those things done. They are really involved in the project. We've hired them for digital marketing and content production, but also got consulting and acquired experience in those areas.

Currently I do not see such areas in our cooperation.

I work with project manager from MU, and as far as i know they work with graphics, person responsible for screenplay, animations and drawings. So a creative team + scenarist

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After starting the marketing campaign, the website traffic increased, the youtube channel and social media recorded a huge increase in interest. It also accelerated the client's decision-making process, where the employee showed the film to his supervisor and, without having to explain what our software is, accelerated his purchase

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow has been amazing. they responded to emails very quickly, they also offered professional advice in crisis situations

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are professional from beginning to end. They consulted all ideas with me and kept their deadlines very tightly. What also surprised me positively was the fact that after months from the end of the project, when I need something from them (individual graphics from the film, a separate voice of the rector) are always available and very helpful

I don't think so, I am more than happy to work with MU Interactive with this crucial for me project
