The project has just been completed, so I am waiting to see the impact of the changes. I feel very confident that my business will improve when I begin marketing.

MS Web Designer custom coded our website on Liquid. The customizations were provided basis our requirements and company goals. They took care of all the technical specifications for the website effectively, along with QA testing and A/B testing.

MS Web Designer partnered with us to design and develop my bike parts store in Shopify from scratch and also guided me how to use shopify to upload products, change product description etc.

MS Web Designer designed a beautiful site for us while enabling these product filters and categories. They also created GIFs for select products on our store to help users view them from different angles and styles. We wanted to stand apart with a minimalist design and at the same time have a theme that would highlight our offers, USP and specific contemporary designs from varied collections. We also wanted to give a glimpse of our retail store and our try-at-home facilities; provide customer testimonials and direct users to our social media pages. The new website beautifully categorizes all the spare parts and bike accessories that we provide. We got the project delivered within our time and budget specifications. Their transparent project management helped us coordinate with them during implementation of all the features and functionalities and testing of the same. The project was completed exactly within time and budget. Moreover, their business analysis skills and result-oriented outcomes have positively impacted our online presence and our conversion rates.

They had everything planned — the tasks, to-do lists, information required and the turnaround time for implementation of each feature, functionality, copywriting, SEO analysis and all else. We contacted them once every week via phone, conference calls or email and were kept updated about the project progress and the implementation and testing schedules.

I have been mostly in touch with a lady named Masum. But I am aware that there is a team of developers, designers and SEO experts but I haven’t been in direct contact with them.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our conversion rates have increased over the past year and a half, thanks to the user-friendly custom theme they’ve implemented. The new site is way more streamlined than our previous site and is easier to use on the backend.

The engagement helped us to have a secure, reliable, highly-functional, and unique site, coded in such a way that we too can make some changes or updates without any coding.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

They were on-time and high-on-quality with their project management deliverables. From the beginning, they have been transparent and worked closely with us to understand what we were looking for in terms of the design and functionality of the store and implemented the features needed for that.

They also guided us on the working of the site after the completion of the project. We’ve been in touch over phone, Whatsapp and email all this while.

I liked how they perfectly understood our company goals and vision and created a store which aligns well with what we wanted from our online store. The fact that they made the store theme customizable as per our needs and we can make any changes like uploading products or updating prices without the need to code are qualities we found commendable.

We’re very happy with their customer service and commitment to high-quality outcomes so currently there is nothing which we would want them to improve.
