What were your goals for this project?

We needed a partner to rebuild our website and improve our SEO strategies to ensure we had the tools to drive revenue, learning, membership, fundraising, and various other key organizational metrics.

How did you select this vendor?

I met their group while attending a tech conference a couple of years ago, so I thought of them while shortlisting companies for this project. We looked at various local vendors, put out RFPs, and evaluated several companies. MrWedo came out at the winner based on their previous experience with military projects.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

They perform exceptionally well, staying on target for every task and working in a timely fashion. Whenever there are potential delays, it’s often more on our side because we have our own throughput limitations.

What was the team composition?

I interacted with the CEO Orlando Monteiro, a client services manager, and a project manager. My team interacted with about five of them.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Hands down, they’re the best vendor I’ve ever worked with. I appreciate their planning, rigor, and transparency

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They absorbed information about our business and the features on our legacy site to deliver the best value possible. Any vendor will say they want the best for their clients, but it’s another thing to demonstrate that desire.

We spent upwards of 100 hours in the discovery phase going over every integration between our database, the functionality, email confirmations, and design elements of the site. They recorded every meeting and invested a huge amount of time and resources from the beginning.

They were committed to finding solutions, and their dedication helped mitigate any misunderstandings we had. Our previous vendor was nowhere near as pleasant to work with.
