Elif has been a pioneer for sustainable flexible packaging solutions for food, beverage, pet, home and personal care industries with two world-class plants in Istanbul, Turkey and Cairo, Egypt. In September 2021, Elif became part of Huhtamaki, a key global provider of sustainable packaging for consumers around the world. I am the Marketing Manager who is responsible for the overall marketing & communication activities of the company.

For what projects/services did your company hire MRstudios s.r.o.?

Considering the atmosphere the pandemic causes in global business environment, we wanted to benefit from digital applications, and create a platform which would serve us to reach our customers from various industries through a modern, useful and efficient marketing tool.

How did you select this vendor?

Mr Albert K. who at the time was providing a consultancy service to Elif offered us to discuss this idea with someone he has successfully collaborated with in the past, Matej , from MRStudios. Mr K. reference and Mr. F.'s personal and professional approach made a huge effect on our final decision on working with this vendor.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

The main challenge was our project deadline of 8 weeks, along with the successful implementation of the project, as this would be a benchmark application for the flexible packaging industry at a global level. MRStudios provided a transparent, friendly but very professional service and managed to deliver the project within the given time period successfully.

What was the team composition?

I worked with Mr Matej F., Mrs Kirsten V. and several other team members from the design and technical teams.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was a great impact and was a very interesting tool for our especially international customers. Although due to some technical difficulties, we lost track of the first month's analytics data, we have measured over 50% increase on our website visitors. The project allowed us to reach our individual customers without meeting face-to-face or sending them real product samples. This provides a good demonstration of our specific products via a digital application in a very realistic way.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have weekly meetings, phone calls and regular e-mail flow between teams. at each step of the project, I felt that there is a responsible individual for our questions or needs. Therefore there was positive and trustworthy communication in the workflow.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were committed to the job, eager to deliver results and very customer-centric at each step. I personally appreciate their proactive approach and friendly communication.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

I do not have any specific comment on this subject. I felt comfortable during the time we have been working together.
