Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

This project focused on the rebrand of our existing logo and overhaul of our current website. The website is transitioning platforms for design and the goal is to weave in our unique culture both to attract new clients and employees.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are still working to launch the website but have already received so many reactions since launching the rebrand in September.

MRC is unmatched when it comes to their project management. They use an intuitive platform to help keep items assigned and on track. They are extremely responsive and oftentimes I felt I could pick up the phone just to see how their day was going.

MRC truly feels like an extension of our team. We interviewed a few firms to take on the challenge, and from the first get-to-know-you style meeting, it was a no-brainer. We knew MRC was the right fit when they showed equal excitement and compassion for what the brand means to our clients and us. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something MRC Brand Design could have done differently?

They are amazing and we have often looked for new ways to keep the partnership engaged for years to come.

I’m the owner of Stickymade, a manufacturing company. We create custom stickers, labels, and more with premium materials. We offer easy ordering, transparent pricing, and free digital proofs for creators and businesses.

What challenge were you trying to address with MRC Brand Design?

We needed help shaping and leveling up our brand, including logo design, visual identity, packaging concepts, marketing materials, and the overall look and feel of our company. Our goal was to build a bold, cohesive, and recognizable brand that feels creative, premium, and memorable across customer interactions, marketing, packaging, and future growth initiatives.

What was the scope of their involvement?

MRC Brand Design provided logo design and refinement, mascot development, visual identity development, typography and color direction, brand styling, packaging and presentation concepts, and the creation of marketing and customer-facing brand assets. They delivered Adobe Illustrator files and raster images.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

MRC Brand Design helped us establish a stronger and more cohesive foundation for our brand across customer-facing materials and marketing efforts. Measurable outcomes included the development of finalized logo and mascot assets, a more consistent visual identity across digital and print materials, improved brand presentation for customer interactions, and the creation of reusable marketing and packaging assets for future campaigns and product launches.
The work also provided scalable branding systems and creative assets that we could use across our website, social media, packaging, trade show materials, stickers, and other marketing initiatives, helping us create a more recognizable and professional brand presence moving forward. Our customers like the new branding.

MRC Brand Design was organized and delivered on time. We communicated in person, virtually, and through email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What stood out most about working with MRC Brand Design was the amount of time they invested in understanding not just where we were, but where we wanted to go in the future. They took the time to understand our vision, personality, target markets, and long-term direction to ensure the creative work would scale with our business over time.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Sure. But what? I don't know. I am happy with the results of the project.

I'm the marketing manager of Alpaca Chicken, a food and beverage company. We serve hormone-free, allergen-free rotisserie chicken roasted over natural wood charcoal, paired with traditional South American sides. We also offer take-out, catering, and large party services.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire MRC Brand Design to accomplish for Alpaca Chicken?

The main objective was to have MRC Brand Design fully give Alpaca Chicken a full brand refresh.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

MRC Brand Design has handled all signage pieces in stores to our website. They design everything, including billboards, advertisements, ribbon boards, menus, cups, trailer wraps, LED signage, and window clings.

We work with 2–5 teammates from MRC Brand Design.

We found them through a referral. We chose them over other options because they were close to my geographic location, had a great culture fit, and their company values aligned with ours.

We’ve spent an undisclosed amount.

We started working with them in January 2023, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

MRC Brand Design has delivered a full company rebrand and ongoing graphic designs for all our needs. Since working with them, we've seen increased sales, customer engagement, and brand recognition. The biggest feedback we've received is brand recognition. We hear this all the time from customers.

They deliver on time. We communicate through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

As much stuff as we throw at them, they always deliver. MRC Brand Design makes communication so easy and clear. They take the time to learn our brand and our culture, which is the most important thing to us.
