We are Blue 449. We are a media buying agency that plans offline and online media. The firm is located in London.

What is your role and responsibilities?

I'm a digital senior planner and buyer for two areas boots and skincare.

What was your goal for working with Mozoo Group?

We had been put in touch with Mozoo because of their rich media mobile capabilities and experience tapping into the audience that we wanted to hit with our campaigns, ultimately, providing them with a rich media mobile or tablet solution.

SOLUTION

What was your process for selecting Mozoo Group?

I talked with colleagues who had worked with Mozoo before, but a lot of the decision came down to rates and the geo targeting capabilities they had.

Can you give a sense of the size of the initiative?

It was approximately $50,000. That would be just for one of our campaigns, but we have done many with Mozoo.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Do you have any statistics or metrics on the project?

We've always looked at internal benchmarks, which we always seem to surpass. We also look at engagement and dwell time. Ratings is another big thing for us given that the properties we appear on are high quality .It is important to be able to tell the client that we appear on the most premium site list. With mobile tracking, it's not as robust compared to our desktop activity, so we look to more of the engagement metrics.

What differentiates Mozoo Group from other partners?

Mozoo Group's level of client service is outstanding – probably one of the best partners we've ever worked with. They're very responsive. The proposals are very robust, and they meet all the criteria and answer the questions that we're looking for. I think the work Mozoo comes up with is lovely. It always fulfills the brief. Other mobile partners seem to have a minimum spend, but Mozoo is very flexible with pricing.

Looking back on the work so far, is there any area that you think they could improve upon or that you might do differently?

No. I think for the most part Mozoo is strong. Their programmatic tools are coming along very quickly, and we're starting to buy more through programmatic mobile and tablet whereas with Mozoo it's still a fixed CPM (cost per thousand). However, they don't offer as much targeting as others. Mozoo prides themselves more as a premium environment.

We have worked with Mozoo on an ongoing basis for the last two years. The services used varied based on the campaigns they were used for, but they included performance campaigns, brand campaigns, and rich media unit creation.

Can you give a sense of the size of the initiative?

Since we have started working with Mozoo, the total cost of the partnership must now be around $300,000 plus.

What makes them stand out in comparison to some of Mozoo Group's competitors is the level of service received. They always try to help as much as possible whether that's in terms of campaign performance and design, providing us with insights or a different perspective on a campaign. It is always a pleasure to work with the whole team from the sales representatives to the traffic and campaign managers. 

Looking back on the project, is there any area that they could improve upon or that you would have them do differently?  

Mozoo is a partner we work with on a very frequent basis thanks to the above. I don't think there is much they could improve on that we have not already fed back to them and on which they are already working to improve.
