We had a tight deadline with one of our customers and needed to outsource some projects to a third-party vendor.

What were your goals for this project?

The main goal was to deliver our customer’s project on time with the highest quality.

I've worked with MoveoApp’s co-founder before; she really delivered a quality service on time. We worked together on Apps House’s projects and on some personal ideas as well, and they showed dedication in both cases, which is why we went back to them for help.

The app is a full platform to book events along with the accessories needed for the events from different providers.

We had a single point of contact but were aware of the number people involved in development, testing, and quality assurance.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project is at its initial launch and is new to the market of Bahrain, but we can see its great potential coming and lots of event providers are joining or about to join.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They communicated frequently and effectively on a regular basis until the project was finished. Especially during the testing phase, their availability was almost instant.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their speed and reasonable pricing are what’s most impressive. They’re also dedicated and committed to delivering high-quality solutions.

Are there any areas for improvement?

A few minor things happened related to fine-tuning designs but we are satisfied with their work overall.

We wanted to re-do our app.

Moveo Apps developed my app for iOS, taking care of the design and backend work.

I found them through a connection I made on Meetup. We started the project right away.

The total development cost was between $30,000-35,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project took 8 months to complete.

Could you share any statistics or metrics from this engagement?

Moveo Apps did a great job. The success of the app itself is not related to their work.

What distinguishes Moveo Apps from other providers?

I worked with their co-founder and tech coordinator. I was very impressed with her as well as with the person that took over later on. Customer service-wise, they rank very high. Moveo Apps created a good product and cared about the work.

Is there anything Moveo Apps could have improved or done differently?

I would appreciate if they were a more full-service agency. The biggest problem for an entrepreneur like myself is that you have to take care of all aspects in the startup. A tech company should have the right connections in terms of marketing the app and so on.

I've heard that a two-year collaboration is considered to be long for a company. I've worked with three development companies, and can say that they don't do a good job of keeping their clients. They don't take the chances they need to take in order to make this happen, so they won't have the necessary resources going forward.

If I was the CEO of a software company, I would take the time to ask clients myself how their experience had been. It's not entirely their fault, it's simply the nature of the industry.

In terms of development though, Moveo Apps was awesome. I would rate them at 100%. I couldn't have had a better partner during this project.

What business challenge were you trying to address with Moveo Apps?

We had an online marketing-related problem. One of our sites had received a penalty, so we reached out to Moveo Apps in order for them to solve our problem.

We've worked on several projects related to web execution development and online marketing. We've used Moveo Apps for e-commerce website development, small application and mobile app development, and several different types of online marketing projects. We've worked using Magento, WordPress, Java, and so on.

How did you come to work with Moveo Apps?

I read an article authored by one of the founders. It was a very descriptive case study which showed me that they knew what they were doing and would give us a good experience.

Could you provide a sense of the size of this initiative in financial terms?

We've worked on many projects of different scope. It would be hard to give an overall cost estimate.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together at the end of 2012. We have an ongoing relationship.

Could you share any statistics or metrics from this engagement?

Moveo Apps helped us solve our initial problem. We had worked on it ourselves for close to a year, without any success. Within the span of 4-5 months, they had fixed our issue.

They've worked on targeting search keywords and have maintained a good track record in terms of results. Moveo Apps knows what they're doing and they're very good in terms of communication. Not everything works out all the time, but great communication helps.

In terms of mobile app development, we've had some challenging projects. I appreciated that they are very intelligent and understand not just the technical aspects, but also the business sense. It's not always easy to find a development company with that type of understanding. Being able to simply give them the goals and point out some of the challenges, will enable Moveo Apps to come back with solutions. They often bring things to the table which we hadn't considered. We appreciate their creativity.

Within our 10 years of activity, Moveo Apps has been the sixth or seventh company with which we've worked on a continuous basis. Out of all our past partners, they seem to have had the most capable and skilled team.

How did Moveo Apps perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management has been one of the best aspects of our relationship.

What distinguishes Moveo Apps from other providers?

Their understanding of project goals and then being able to fill in the blanks by themselves, without requiring detailed explanations of how things are supposed to be done, have been very helpful. We have worked with other companies in the past. We would describe our goals, and when things didn't work out, a misunderstanding would become the typical excuse. This is something which we've not experienced in working with Moveo Apps.

Is there anything Moveo Apps could have improved or done differently?

They could be better in communicating what they are able to do. There were cases in the past in which we didn't know that Moveo Apps had a certain capability, and all of a sudden we realized that they could have helped us in that respect. They have someone that can manage servers, for example, which is an area in which we've had some issues.

 I'm the CEO and founder of an arts, entertainment, and music company. We provide guided sensual meditation and steamy stories for somatic pleasure.

 I needed a company that could help me build an app even though I didn't know anything about the process.

 MoveoApps has been helping me develop an app. The team has been responsible for the app's design, functionality, and integration with Mailchimp. MoveoApps also handles app updates, subscription management, and app revamps. The team has done everything to help me build the app.

 We started working together in May 2020, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

 MoveoApps has helped me build the #1 sensual meditation app on the market. The app has a 4.1-star rating on the App Store and has received great reviews in the press. The app has been featured on Goop, Cosmopolitan, women and home and The Sun. The app's revenue is also steadily growing.

How did MoveoApps perform from a project management standpoint?

 We built the app during the COVID-19 pandemic, so we didn't have a timeline. The process was slow and easy because a lot was happening. We communicate via email, Zoom, Basecamp, and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

 MoveoApps has been patient throughout the process.

Are there any areas they could improve?

 It would be great if MoveoApps could tell me more ways to improve the app, even if it costs more to do so.
