The measurable outcomes include increased client engagement with the app, as evidenced by higher usage rates of campaign tracking and template downloads. Our site's initial version, which was created several years ago, no longer appropriately represented our company or the type of work we did. They created a new website that more accurately depicts the business and the services we offer in light of all of this.

Their work is superb; it surpasses my expectations, and I have no grievances at all. The clients haven't seen the site yet because it's not online, but the rest of my colleagues working on the project believe it's fantastic.

The work that Motomtech has done has greatly impressed our stakeholders. Even though several of those stakeholders have worked on mobile app development projects before, they are nonetheless thrilled with what we have now.  All in all, they have exceeded our expectations and delivered more than we had anticipated.

Motomtech helps us with software development. They use Angular for the frontend, Figma for the design, Node.js for the server, MongoDB for the database, and it all sits on Heroku and AWS. We also use many plug-in services such as S3 Buckets, storage, monitoring tools, and the standard software development kit with Jira, tracking, and bug and QA tools. We built the initial prototype, and then we developed it into a full-blown platform together.

Motomtech has so far fixed bugs and helped with new advancements. In addition to being skilled in Python and JavaScript, the team has learned how to use Cubic to assist with feature development. Our site is currently still maintained by them.

They have been instrumental in helping us build and manage our platform since joining the project. They have always been available to keep the site operational in the event of a technical emergency or unplanned outage, even if it means working outside of regular business hours.

Additionally, Motomtech is prepared to expand to meet the demands of our project by offering skilled, experienced personnel. When one of our developers had to go on to another project, they found a replacement and assisted in acclimating the new hire to guarantee an easy transfer.

We hosted on AWS and used Vue.js and PostgresSQL. We received updates for every new release while this was being built on a staging server. All of our suggestions were taken into consideration. While many processes and interfaces needed multiple iterations of development, feedback, development, etc., they remained patient.

At the beginning, Motomotech promised to see this project through to completion, no matter what. As is likely the case with all projects, there were undoubtedly difficult and frustrating moments, but I'm pleased to say that they never faltered in their dedication to seeing this project through to completion.

Motomtech provided us with access to the staging site so we could conduct our own quality assurance team, design software that we could comment on, and video conferencing. We occasionally met twice a week. They always had something to deliver and were punctual.
