I'm the COO of a health and wellness company.
For what projects/services did your company hire Motion Creativ, and what were your goals?
We asked Motion Creativ for help in creating a series of high-concept video ads, highlighting our unique vitamin-infused inhalers.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We evaluated a number of production companies but after much deliberation, chose Motion Creativ because of their extremely high production quality, and their ability to deliver this complex project in a short amount of time, at a reasonable budget.
Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.
Each video went through an extensive brainstorming and planing process, culminating in a detailed storyboard and reference guide, ensuring transparency every step of the way. The editing and approval process was very easy, using review and commenting software which made collaboration and discussion seamless and simple.
Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?
At each stage of the production process we worked with different members of the Motion Creativ team, starting with the scripting story design, to the production/lighting crew, and finally with the post-production team. At each stage of the project the MC team was very professional and helpful.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The videos have been well-received by both customers and our International distribution partners.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
The Motion Creativ team did a great job of keeping us updated every step of the way, giving us advance notice if there was ever any delays or unexpected changes. When we gave directional changes or requests they were always very open and accommodating, always going the extra mile to make sure that our input was acknowledged and implemented.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Each of the members of the Motion Creativ team are legends in their own right and could easily work at any of the major LA production houses, and they each bring a unique set of skills and experience and compliment each other. They are very collaborative and respectful of each other which shows, especially when things are on a tight schedule or unexpected challenges arise. The never let egos get in the way and their professionalism and experience shine through every time.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
None that we can think of at this time.

Sliponline is a webshop targeted towards men, women and children's underwear, nightwear and socks.
For what projects/services did your company hire Motion Creativ, and what were your goals?
We hired them for a short 30 second video commercial. We feel with this content we create more value for our brand and exposure.
How did you select Motion Creativ and what were the deciding factors?
We found them through referrals. Because one of the CEO's is Dutch we got connected.
Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.
We were professionally guided into 3 different phases of the video-making process. First off we started to explain how we want our brand to be seen, felt and understood after the viewer watches the video. Motion Creativ took that input and came back with moodboards and references that were on point. After we agreed on the concept they started to figure out the logistics, actors and all the other stuff they needed to prepare.
They clearly have a solid ecosystem in place because they we're ready to shoot in no-time. We shot three days. One was on different locations in Holland. One day was studio work and the 3rd day was a pickup day. They worked with a small but super effective team. It's clear that these guys have been working together for years.
After shooting was done all the material went to editoral. This post process took around 3 weeks. Roughly after a week they presented their first rought edit. This already was pretty much on point where we were hoping for. After a few notes they went back into it and started fine tuning the edit. Then after week 2 we approved on this fine cut, they spend the last week on finalizing the sound and color of the video. I think the entire process from start to finish took about 6 weeks.
Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?
We worked mainly with their Dutch director, Nick Janssen. But lots of the production/management part was handled by their producer, Nikola Kitanovski. Overall it was a very pleasant creative going back and forth between us and them. Because lots of this is done remotely we scheduled multiple calls during the weeks, while Nick was our constant go-to for anything we needed.
Feedback was handled professionally and they often came up with solutions that were better then we would've ever been able to. Thats where one of their core strengths shine.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We are launching our campaign soon and the video is going to be our crowning jewel. Internally we've shared it with multiple companies within the retail business. They all are impressed and are blown away by the entire project. This content takes our company to the next level. We might air this on Television, online ads, expositions... etc.
We expect at least a 40% increase on our sales in the first month after the launch.

It first started off with an e-mail directly to Nick. He looped us into their team. After a week, Nick flew into Holland and we met with him personally. This definitely established a lot of trust and his collaborative, creative and energetic spirit really made all of us excited for this production.
Like I wrote before, we had scheduled team meetings a few times a week and Nick was our go-to for all of the details. Every day we got updates and everyday the ball was rolling forward. Every meeting started with the new work they had done and ended with their next to-dos. All deadlines were met and we are able to launch our campaign on schedule.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I have to say that they were very organized internally and fun to deal with. They have this great mix of young ambition, craft, and energy. At the end of the day work takes up a significant time of our lives and we are happy we spend this production with them.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Well, for us all went well. We felt we were in the right hands from the start. I think for them internally it would be even better to have another project manager on board that solely focusses on the management aspect.

PUSH360 is a creative , digital marketing using video for our clients . Our clients are both local brand and national brands. We have developed our unique platform allowing us to build and organize digital assets including video.
For what projects/services did your company hire Motion Creativ, and what were your goals?
Our primary goal is to build a high quality film look of all of the media assets , building the stories out with integrity and credibility. We represent top surgeons in multiple markets.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I have worked with Taylor on many projects, Taylor is selected by a wide range of Directors as a DP. He knows what is needed to get the look we are nee ding. He has the eye for sets, lighting , camera and lens requirements.

We will start the project with our goal sheets on all sides of the production equation. There’s quite a bit of pre-production planning as well as requirements of the equipment and then always a deep look at the cost where we can trim if needed and where we need to expand the budget to get the look we are looking for. We turn the responsibility of scouting the right location, and DP functions to Taylor. I find that I stress less when we turn over the planning and production needs completely to Taylor and his team.
Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?
I worked with both Taylor and his team, but Taylor was really responsible for all of the details the pre-production planning and also the follow up just after the production. Every time we have worked with Taylor we have achieved a level of appreciation for what he does and is truly passionate about
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Every project is different and every project has it own objectives . Put to put this simply, our goal is to use video media assets that build credibility and tell the right story which builds trust and market share .

This is one of the main areas that I feel Taylor has learned his craft from those who were originally much more experience than Taylor. However over the last few years I’ve seen his tools in the pre-production planning and communication upfront become much more detailed and professional and that gives us confidence to look for these tools and communication docs that help us understand the direction we’re really going.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
This group is very creative they’re very easy to communicate with and they have unlimited number of ideas for solutions. Everyone we’ve met with and everybody we’ve talked to gives off an element of confidence of getting the job done. When we spend our money, I feel it’s an investment well-made.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We talk about improvements all the time but I kind of smile, because these are experts in their craft Taylor and his team have really earned the right to be where they are today and the bragging rights of what they’ve already accomplished. It’s exciting to see the growth as well as to know that we can call on this creative team and benefit by this relationship.

I’m a CEO of a Company that offers financial services and notaries for individuals who are in escrow and need funding for real estate and closing docs.
For what projects/services did your company hire Motion Creativ?
We were looking to build our brand and we needed someone that can come in and help us with our branding and video strategy, including a commercial and a concept of how we can present our services to the world.
How did you select this vendor?
Motion Creativ came highly recommended by a friend of mine that had them do a commercial for and I decided to give them a call. I was immediately blown away by their expertise and their ability to listen and adapt our ideas into something super professional looking and exactly what we were after.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
The key component they focused is building our brand from scratch. They came in ready to listen and they understood right away what we were after. They pitched us several concepts on what they felt like the direction should be and ultimately made it a fun and collaborative process to be a part of. Their experience came into play when it was time to maximize the production value of our commercial that came to our surprise given that we did not had the biggest budget.
What was the team composition?
They pitched several ideas from all the directors they had on their roster given that everyone has a different style and sensibility. We choose the one we thought fit us best and we refined it based on our notes. Then it took about two weeks to produce everything and the editing only took about a week. We expected to take much longer than that.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The feedback has been super positive so far. Overall almost everyone that reaches out, makes a comment on our branding and the commercial. We spent a lot of ad dollars to promote it online and our sales has dramatically increased.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The communication was excellent on both ends. We were briefed every step of the way and they make it super simplified and easy for me as a client. I was in constant communication with their producer which was super reassuring and helpful and put me at ease throughout the whole process.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
We were impressed by their ability to go above and beyond no matter what the budget and the scope of the project is. Their ability and attention to detail was something I have not encountered before. It felt like we were making a Super Bowl ad and maybe that’s me not expecting much given our budget but they really went above and beyond to maximize everything.
Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?
Nothing that I can think of right away, it was definitely challenging navigating all the procedures with Covid in place and permitting process, so I felt like that part was taking longer and was super frustrating but it was also in the middle of Covid, so there was nothing we can do about it.
The videos produced by Motion Creativ were well-received by the customers and the client's international distribution partners. Each team member brought a unique skill set that added value to the project. Moreover, they went the extra mile to acknowledge and duly implement the client's feedback.
