I’m a committee member volunteer at a nonprofit organization.

What challenge were you trying to address with Mosaic Events?

The nonprofit organization requires an agency to coordinate a unique committee's meetings and proceedings, as well as organize their annual hallmark event.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Mosaic Events organizes everything from recruiting and organizing the volunteers, overseeing soliciting and collecting content, and facilitating our meetings. The team is responsible for arranging the nonprofit organization's annual major public event. In planning for this annual hallmark event, they handle the venue booking, coordinate the logistics, support marketing, and coordinate the guest speakers.

What is the team composition?

We’re usually in contact with 2–3 people from Mosaic Events.

How did you come to work with Mosaic Events?

I’m not sure how they were hired because they were already there when I joined the committee. 

What is the status of this engagement?

I began working with them around September 2017, although I know that the nonprofit organization for which I volunteer has had an ongoing engagement with them.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Based on my perspective, the annual hallmark event has been positive. This annual event has seen a steady growth in attendance thanks to Mosaic Events’ efforts. The fact that the non-profit organization for who I volunteer want to hire them again each year is a great indication that they’re doing a good job.

How did Mosaic Events perform from a project management standpoint?

In terms of project management, they’re very organized, professional, and disciplined.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re good at what they do and their plans are great.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of any criticisms. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure that everyone who is involved in the event is well informed about the plan. It’s always great to know about the event so as to avoid any surprises.
