We wanted to rank higher for some keywords related to dental products as well as increase our clicks and revenue.

They were recommended by a friend who had worked with them. I trusted my friend.

For the first six months, we invested $6,000 and now we’re paying $300 a month.

We started working together in January 2020, and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’ve done a good job. Our clicks have increased and our revenue has increased 220% more. We have more customers and are satisfied with the results.

How did Moral SEO perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re organized and manage the project well. We use email mainly but also use Zoom and phone calls to communicate.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We’ve faced some difficulties with our content person. I don’t know if he’s still working there. We need someone to be in the domain of dentistry. If they’re not, they have to be patient. It’s a very specific niche. That’s the only problem we have. The content work needed revisions which took from my time because I’m responsible for the content of the site.

I don’t have SEO experience and have to cooperate with them. That’s the only problem we faced and we’ve recently solved it. They need more professionals in niche areas rather than just general areas.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I recommend them to others. They were very good for us. By the end of the year, we compared the data and found a positive impact.
