They quickly connected to the idea we had. And scrolling over their portfolio decision was very quick.

The work started immediately. I received a call and participated in a brainstorming, where team of different experts were engaged, such as sound designers, storytellers or digital artists. It was that moment that I understood I was in good hands. I received first sketch already voice covered. And it was rare cases when first delivery was almost the final, so after few iterations we got what we wanted.

I would communicate with the Principal Project Manager. However doors were open to get in touch with animators to directly send few references and quickly chat over some tiny nuances.

At the moment the video is not released but judging from initial reaction of stakeholders I can definitely say it is a success.

Well Manager definitely had some experience dividing work into stages. It is like they predicted all the challenges they might face. and divided the work according to that to make sure there won't be any compromise in quality.

The manager was smart I guess. The meetings were short and to the point. Everything she said was to the point. They economy so much time for me so I decided to leave a feedback here

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Yes sure seems the company is not that visible worldwide, I would suggest pushing on marketing side.

I am the senior copywriter for OnlineMedEd. I also manage our video projects. OnlineMedEd is an educational platform for medical students that offers lesson videos and other tools to help them understand the topics.

We hired MOOV to create an animated video for us that shows how our products can help medical students in a fun and compelling way. We provided the concept and they made it a reality.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found them on Dribbble and really liked their style. After reaching out to them, we were delighted that they were available and their prices were competitive.

We provided concept in very broad strokes. It was just a paragraph that explained how we envisioned the video would look like. We also provided our brand color palette and showed examples of past videos. We also provided the music.

They began by presenting us with character designs to choose from. After that, they provided a storyboard and keyframes for approval and feedback. They also offered suggestions to solve various issues that came up (i.e. how to shorten the run time of the video without losing anything, etc).

They quickly incorporated our feedback and sent us regular progress updates. The amount of communication between us and MOOV was key, and their responses were always timely and professional. At the end, they provided the complete video. We had some last-minute feedback that they incorporated very quickly.

Margarita was our main point of contact. The feedback process was rather simple. They sent regular progress reports, and we sent back feedback, usually by the next day.

The most impressive thing about the studio is their promptness and creativity. Moov’s team is very responsive and extremely responsible. The team completed and delivered the order even before the deadlines with higher quality than we even expected.

The working process with Moov Studio was so satisfying that I don’t recall any aspects that need improvement.

Throughout the process we have enjoyed great attention to detail and super clear communication from all of the professionals at Moov Studios. At the end, they have left us with excellent work - 2 fantastic, unique, creative logos; and beautiful intro sequences for each. Working with the team has exceeded all our expectation and we wouldn't hesitate to contact them in case of future necessities.

Communication has always been clear and detailed. Everything was always delivered on time, all deadlines were met. Everything was done at the highest quality. I particularly like how they gave me updates and snapshots of their progress as they were fulfilling my request. The request for early feedback was extremely useful, and resulted in a great back and forth (at least from my end).

Are there any areas for improvement or something Moov Studio could have done differently?

I really like requests for early feedback, but I also work with designers in my day-to-day job, so might be a bit more comfortable seeing unfinished products or just intentions. I'm also aware there's a cultural consideration in this space that can be difficult to manage. Perhaps asking clients how they like to work could be a nice middle ground? Obviously, only if you're also comfy working in this way, I know it's not as straight forward.
