Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

• Product Strategy and Initiation - Understand customers needs and translate those needs into a set of product requirements. Research available technologies that meet those requirements, and then execute the creation of the product with the technologies, supplimented by custom software as neeeded. 
• Data Strategy - Understand customers needs as it related to data outputs. Then research the full set of data sources available on the market. Set up the software architecture such that millions of data points are ingested daily and run calculations to created the desired outputs. 
• Web Application Interface - Understand marketing needs and design the website that meets those requirements. Allow customers to access the application via the website adhering to security and data protection best practices. Design the applicaiton so that is is usable and intuitive to users.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• High Customer Satisfaction - Ultimately the business vision was delivered through the product desing and developed from this project. The customers were very happy, and that is the true sign of success. 
• Clear Product Requirements - The project included a requirement definition phase, which resulted in the clear documentation of all requirements synthesized from inputs from all relevant parties. 
• Clear Product Description - The product requirements were then devolved and then matched against software solutions available. The full architecture was defined, and where appropriate custom software developments were identified. 
• Clear Product Roadmap - The efforts and time to develop the product were identified, prioritized, and agreed with all relevant parties. 
• Successful Product Implementation - The project development resulted in the successful delivery on the agreed timeframe.

They were very proactive in their product management, clearly communicating with us and aligning around a process and schedule. For our project weekly meetings were appropriate and we reviewed status, issues, and future plans openly and positively. Everything was delivered on time as agreed in our project plan. They responded with openness and positivity to our needs - the open communication and proactive planning was key to this.
