What challenges were you trying to address with Moblogix Technology?

We were looking to develop native apps for Android and iOS, as well as a web app, so we hired Moblogix Technology to help us.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Moblogix Technology helped us develop our mobile and web apps. Initially, we went through a thorough requirement-gathering process with them, after which they went into the design phase. Then, we went into the development and implementation phase.

Moblogix Technology built our apps from scratch, and they helped us define the best technologies to use. For the designs, they used Adobe and Figma. Additionally, they used Node.js and JavaScript to develop the iOS and Android apps.

Our product is a combination of a social media and an e-commerce platform. The social media aspect allows users to post comments on any social event. It also has different features, such as forms, and it’s linked to the e-commerce side of the platform. The e-commerce capabilities allow users to post about their interest in buying a certain product so that vendors can contact them.

What was the team composition? 

I worked with Moblogix Technology’s president, a five-member design team, a project manager, a three-member business analysis team, and a development team.

How did you come to work with Moblogix Technology?

We were referred to Moblogix Technology, and I decided to work with them because they had experience working on similar projects, and their offering was within our budget.

How much have you invested in them?

We spent between $50,000–$100,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in 2020, and we finished the project in March 2023.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We haven’t launched our platform yet, so we don’t have results on its performance. Overall, we’re very happy with Moblogix Technology’s work.

How did Moblogix Technology perform from a project management standpoint?

Moblogix Technology stayed on budget and met all the deadlines. Their team showed great commitment throughout the project and didn’t back down when things were challenging; they simply kept doing their work. Moreover, they were very organized and results-oriented. They used Trello and Basecamp for project management, as well as Skype to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Moblogix Technology’s ability to customize their services to meet their client’s needs was outstanding. They were very empathetic and owned the project, which was very clear. Thanks to this approach, they always made me feel confident.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I would just suggest that they keep on doing what they’ve been doing so far.
