I am the CEO of Moomenti, based in Geneva Switzerland and New York.

We hired Mobiweb to build native iOS and Android Apps. The project was initiated by another company for which we didn't like their poor financial management skills and lack of visibility/transparency in the dev lifecycle.

We found them through our network. Introduction through a common acquaintance.

Scope: iOS & Android. We had a series of discovery meetings. Everyone involved was very proactive in helping us shaping the best available solution.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Totally exceeded our expectations. Great UX and design ideas, rigorous process, metric based decision making snd prioritization processes, Very low bug count and super fast break/fix process.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Through a mix of Slack, Jira and Email we created a common dev culture that was very efficient and I was really impressed by their rapid response culture. Beyond their great technical abilities, process rigor and incredible creativity and solution mindset, we witnessed very early in the project that the team was highly professional and super responsive. No need for SLA's here.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The cohesive and result driven culture. Their client obsession is impressive and heartwarming. You feel really taken care of. Their ability to mobilize resources, find solutions, identify needs and features you didn't think about is what is most impressive. Also the friendly informal attitude is great. We really felt they were part of our company.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing really ! Exceeded expectations all across the project streams. OK if we really need something I would say 1 or two individuals would need more conversational English practice - but it never impacted the performance, incredible will to help and support us and perform always at the highest level.

The Discovery Phase, a specialized service by Mobiweb, helps entrepreneurs efficiently explore their business ideas and develop strategic plans before creating a Minimum Viable Product (MVP). In the SNAB project, we collaborated closely with stakeholders through interactive workshops and comprehensive requirement-gathering sessions, clearly defining the platform’s vision, objectives, and user expectations. We analyzed market pain points, mapped detailed user journeys, and delivered a structured feature breakdown, a comprehensive functional specification, and an interactive Figma prototype. Additionally, we prepared an engaging presentation deck and strategic product pitch to ensure stakeholder alignment and facilitate fundraising, effectively bridging the gap between ideation and development.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Successful completion of the Discovery Phase, meeting all defined milestones.
Delivery of a high-fidelity interactive prototype in Figma.
Functional Specification Document completed, outlining 100% of the core features required for MVP development.
Creation of a strategic pitch deck that served as the foundation for initiating conversations with potential investors.
Full alignment on business objectives, user personas, and feature priorities, enabling an effective transition to the MVP development phase.

The project management was organized and efficient. All deliverables were completed within the agreed deadlines, with constant and transparent communication throughout the entire process. The team showed great adaptability to our needs, responding quickly to feedback and adjusting the planning whenever necessary. We felt supported at every stage of the project, which created trust and alignment from the beginning through to the completion of the discovery phase.

From the very beginning, they demonstrated a remarkable ability to transform abstract ideas into concrete solutions, with a user-centered approach and above-average attention to detail. The way they facilitated communication with us and translated our needs into a clear and structured product plan was truly distinctive. Additionally, the team’s availability and genuine involvement made the collaboration smooth and productive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Mobiweb could have done differently?

Overall, the experience was very positive. It was our first time working with a company of this kind. If we were to point out an area for improvement, perhaps there could be a meeting between entrepreneurs and Mobiweb clients to give us a clearer idea of progress, success stories, and the work the company carries out in more advanced phases. This would help further align expectations regarding the overall project planning. Even so, and without any criticism, the team was always open to hearing suggestions and adjusting the process as needed.
