We were looking to implement some business automation like invoicing, payments, and a customer database.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Mobitsolutions developed an internal advertising and customer management portal for us. They’re also designing and developing our website from scratch, which they will be providing training for on how to use the platform.

What is the team composition?

I deal only with Umar (Project Manager & ASO Lead).

How did you come to work with Mobitsolutions?

We had an idea of what we wanted, and we took it to different people. Mobitsolutions gave our idea a good shape and proposed better alternatives to what we had in mind.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve paid them around $4,000 for the CRM development.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started our ongoing work with Mobitsolutions around April 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re using the platform, and we’re very happy with it. We’ve had a couple of bugs, but Mobitsolutions has been nice and helpful in fixing them.

How did Mobitsolutions perform from a project management standpoint?

I met them in person for the proposal. I don’t know how they work internally, but they send me project updates regularly. We use email, phone, and WhatsApp for communication.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re not very cheap, but they’re also not too expensive. What we like the most about Mobitsolutions is their good customer service.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be helpful for us if they set up an office in the UK, but I don’t know whether that’s doable.
 
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Clients should explain thoroughly what they’re looking for. Otherwise, it will be hard for Mobitsolutions to build the right solution.

I’m the director of an online courier and removal service. We have agents on our website and customers that put up jobs, then we push the job forward. Our agents bid on the job and they get the work done.

I needed someone to develop our app.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed our mobile app for iOS and Android and they continue to help us with anything related to our mobile solution. They’re now redeveloping it because we need it updated and a little simpler.

They’ve shown me a wider range of opportunities, including developing our website, branding, SEO, emails, marketing, and social media efforts — everything in their sector. 

They handle anything related to online and development services. Everything is maintained by them. Right now, I’ve got a mailbox service that I’m starting and they’re making the website for that.

They have a lot of people on their team, but I’m mainly in contact with the boss — I’m lucky.

I met them through a friend who had used them for his website and app. He started his business from scratch and since working with them, he’s operating 100% more and grew quickly in the 3–4 months of them taking over.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in December 2014 and the work is ongoing. The first phase of the work was completed.

We have a good app following and  I received a lot of feedback. We’re making a lot of changes to stay up-to-date and we will be relaunching the website and app before Christmas. 

How did Mobitsolutions perform from a project management standpoint?

They personally came out of their way to our offices to see how everything was and offered their help. They’re very quick. When they give us a timeframe, they complete the work within it. We use email, phone calls, and Skype.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They respond quickly and get right on whatever I need. If I call them now, they’ll definitely call me back within an hour. I just have the ideas and they’re really helpful.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t really think of anything they could improve — they could have a base in the UK but they’ve already been here proving themselves.

Tell them your ideas and they’ll work around them. They tailor the work to your needs.

We needed a company to develop our website and mobile app.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed our entire website including automatic invoicing and the ability to control all the bookings. There are a lot of features integrated. 

They also developed an iOS and Android mobile app to track all the work for the drivers and shuttles. It’s been completed but we haven’t tested it yet. They also do our customer support, SEO, and troubleshooting when needed.

I have two main points of contact.

A couple of friends, who had used them to develop their websites, recommended them to us. They visited us in the UK to introduce themselves, too.

We started working together in July 2018 and the relationship is ongoing.

We’re fully satisfied with them. Our whole team is happy with their work.

How did Mobitsolutions perform from a project management standpoint?

My points of contact communicate with the team. We communicate over phone and email, but mostly via WhatsApp. They’re available whenever I need them.

For example, the holiday season around Christmas is a very busy time for us and I was expecting to see 300 customers online but my website went down. Even though it was late at night their time, I gave them a call and they answered, fixed my website, and I was able to enter the admin and print out all the customer details.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m satisfied with them and they look after us very well. They’re the best fit for our needs.

No, they are doing very well so far.

I recommend working with them. They have a very good team to coordinate with every customer.

We got a solution that was competitive and has a high website traffic and conversion rate, as a consequence, the service functioned as planned and was within the original schedule
