Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We received performance marketing services for the ForInvest mobile application, foreks.com website, and the ForInvest YouTube channel. Our existing advertising campaigns were reviewed and optimized to maximize efficiency, resulting in significantly improved acquisition performance across all channels. Through these efforts, we were able to achieve higher volumes of app installs and YouTube subscribers at substantially lower costs, while CPI levels decreased noticeably.

Despite operating with a 50% lower total budget in H2, net revenue increased by 20%, and ROAS improved by 140%. Within the same year, by spending 50% less overall budget, we generated nearly 2.5x more efficient revenue. Prior to July, the cost of acquiring a subscriber was approximately 7 TL; by year-end, this figure decreased to 2.8 TL, representing a 2.5x improvement. Had the previous cost levels continued, reaching our 300K target would have required an additional 50K budget and two extra months.

Moreover, despite having a 33% lower paid install budget in H2, a 20% improvement in CPI enabled us to achieve approximately 25% more installs compared to H1, which had a 45 TL CPI baseline.

In addition, the team successfully activated TikTok as a new performance marketing channel, which we had not previously utilized. This channel delivered strong results in both app installs and brand awareness, quickly becoming a high-impact and cost-efficient platform that contributed meaningfully to our overall growth and visibility objectives.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project delivered strong, measurable performance improvements across acquisition efficiency, revenue generation, and overall marketing effectiveness. Despite a 50% reduction in total budget in H2, net revenue increased by 20%, while ROAS improved by 140%. Through continuous optimization, CPI levels decreased significantly, enabling us to acquire approximately 25% more app installs compared to H1, even with a 33% lower paid install budget.

Subscriber acquisition efficiency also improved markedly: the cost per subscriber decreased from approximately 7 TL to 2.8 TL, representing a 2.5x improvement. In addition, the activation of TikTok as a new performance marketing channel delivered strong results in both app installs and brand awareness, becoming a cost-efficient and scalable acquisition channel.

Collectively, these outcomes demonstrate a substantial improvement in efficiency, scalability, and return on marketing investment, clearly indicating the project’s success.

In some areas, a slightly more flexible approach could have been beneficial. However, overall, we did not experience any major issues, and the collaboration progressed smoothly and effectively.
