The games should present the latest touch-free gestures and should be built using Unity3d and AMERIA SDKs. It is important that the games are visually appealing and have a high level of interactivity, with the ability to track user engagement and provide insights into usage patterns. 

The project should be completed within the agreed timeframe and budget and meet all relevant quality standards and requirements.

At the moment of project, I was working as an Account Director in a Digital Ads Agency. My key Client was one of the top tobacco brands.

For what projects/services did your company hire Mobile Game Developers _ HitBerry Games?

We've proposed a brand promo game to our Client. With this game, promo teams had to engage consumers offline, in HoReCa on a ski resort. Promo teams in HoReCa is a regular activity for us, but this time we were going to experiment and do something new and more engaging. Hoping to get better results. So we proposed a mobile game .This game had to represent a brand, include product placement and engage consumers in a first seconds, when promo-team starts a dialog and presents a game. The game had to run on iOS and Android.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Selected by recommendation. Deciding factors were the quality of games in portfolio and price.

We needed an iOS and Android mobile game, without personal profile, or leaderboard. We've discussed an idea quickly on words (again, It was just idea from our side). Then Hitberry Games team created GDD by themselves, together with developing, and after that we had some sprints of software validation, and then release.

I didn't work with developers directly, but I know there was 1 person. And what was very pleasant, CEO was always available, managed the project briefing by herself, and was always present on all major meetings and reviews.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Purchases raised as a result of game engagement. We've received +23% better results than expected. Word of mouth, and awareness. New consumers were saying that they've already heard about activity and game from friends. The idea of brand consumer engagement with a mobile game was also adopted by other brand teams in company, inspired by our results.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Scope and timing were approved at the beginning of our project. Then had a weekly calls with Project Manager, and other team members if needed. Timing (Gannt) was reviewed on a monthly basis. I was also invited on a retrospective meeting, very interesting experience.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They dive deeper into our marketing goals, game, and activity idea. I was also impressed with the quality of the design. Also, there were just few bugs and they were fixed immediately.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There is nothing more to add, all was good. I wish these guys lots of interesting projects, they totally deserve it.
