One of my business friends refers me to get a consultation from MMCGBL LLC, so I just randomly do that. And I randomly search for their reviews and find them great in their field. I am glad to meet them because they provide a flawless application for my services.

They suggest we go for an app that can run on different mobile operating systems because US people are using Android and iOS devices. So we decided to go for React Native application development. They elaborate on the thick and thins of this framework and the product development lifecycle we agreed upon.

Everything for us! He did what we required, and that is all we wanted. Although, the process of handling projects and collaborating with the whole team is appreciatable.

As we receive bulk orders, we have to manage all the stock. We were very unorganized, and it was difficult to manage our suppliers. So, our marketing team and supply chain team concluded to build an app that could handle our inventory.

So, our research analyst started hunting vendors, one of them being MMCGBL. It is suitable for us as it is in our state, reasonable, and accessible. Although, in our board meeting, when we gave the points regarding MMCGBL and another vendor, all went for MMCGBL.

First, a consultation request was generated. MMCGBL project manager and COO join us and clear all our thoughts. We have shared ideas, and they molded them realistically, which will be beneficial for us. As soon as we decided on the tech stack, they suggested building a cross-platform app with React Native.

After a few days, they have done with wireframing and a high-fidelity design that we had to approve. After a few changes, they update us and then start development. They kept us in the loop with project management and communication tools throughout the development process. Their testing team was very impressive as they updated problems like bugs and errors in real-time.

Multiple team members included designers, testers, project coordinators, and the COO.

We can now get notifications whenever the stocks are about to end, we have managed inventory, and our order management process is now very streamlined. And all our employees can access it easily.

We had several proposal from different vendor, but we decided to go ahead with MMC Global Solution as we're looking to have speedy deployment.

They had key responsibilities of Designing the Intranet Portal where Key Focus was to develop Solution to handle multiple e-Services.

There were Project Manager, Delivery Manager and other Key stake holders as their Change Management Team were very professional in handling

For what projects/services did your company hire MMC Global, and what were your goals?

We have a large number of employees and our organization is running major functional areas such as HR, finances, IT department, etc. Here at our company, we are facing serious challenges to manage employees' payroll which is basically the HR major function. To monitor their attendance and then calculating their employees’ salaries is one of the hectic tasks for HRs. We have discussed it with our senior management and they are ready to buy a systematic solution for this problem. But we are planning for long-term solutions so few of them propose the idea of customized software solutions. And then we met the MMCGBL project manager who handles a pile of projects. The goal of getting software to streamline employees’ payroll system is now solved by having an ERP solution by MMCGBL.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

When we decided to outsource software so first we research the market and side by side, we also discussed our surroundings who are using this type of solution in their organization. Believe us, 2-3 mates are advising us to go for MMCGBL.

We conduct research throughout the MMCGBL website or other online platforms Ask a few more people who have already their clients (mentioned on their website) See their entire portfolio and even personally use apps that are live on the app store. That is quite impressive. Also, I couldn’t find any pricing plan so we thought why not schedule a meeting with them. And finally request a consultation via the form.

They have a very streamlined workflow where they keep us in the loop. Also, they have a slack platform where they are 24/7 active for assistance and providing us details of the project and what worked has been done, and what is in pipeline. Also, they start with the basic product development cycle such as ideation, validation, researching, prototyping, designing, development, testing, etc,

The team of seven people worked on my project and are dedicated to us 24/7. They are well-informed on every plan and strategy and also somebody was always available to assist me or communicate with me if any problem occur. The team includes: Project manager Senior developers for backend Developers for frontend SQA team lead

As I have mentioned above, they use slack, and Jira for communication. Also used Figma and adobe for designing. Their management style depends on the project and for us, they picked agile methodology.

Their strong coordination and decision-making skills. They are swift, proficient, organized, and meticulous.

Overall, they are perfect but they must need to buy maximum tools to increase their productivity.
