We hired Mitiz for development of the web and mobile application.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to develop the application for our internal use and after product beta testing and firm stabilization, we planned to launch for the end users.


How did you select this vendor?

We contacted Mitiz after getting referral from one of our business associates.

Describe the project in detail.

One of the biggest challenges for any organization is to manage the leads and positive prospects. The web application provides the functionalities to manage the leads in a smarter way, manage follow-ups, manage clients, manage invoices, pending leads management and a lot more. We can create different roles and assign respective permissions that the users will be authorized to access. This ensures the super administrator to manage the various modules easily. One cannot view the restricted module which makes the application more reliable and secure. The payment invoices can be created manually or configured to get created automatically. Payment follow-ups is a handy module which helps to manage the payments with respect to the invoices generated manually or automatically. Ticketing module plays a vital role in managing the incidents/issues/queries reported by clients. Clients create tickets/incidents that are assigned automatically to the respective department or user. They respond to the client accordingly or pass on the ticket to the concerned person/team. Clients can view the current status of the ticket and complete history of the communications done within that ticket. To summarize, the application is a complete package of CRM tool which is quite handy, reliable, secure and scalable.

What was the team composition?

Mitiz works well as a Team and they assign respective resources throughout the project life cycle. The team involved a Project Manager, 3 Developers, 1 Tester and 1 UX designer.


Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Mitiz delivered the application as we expected. We are using it for our own company and testing it internally. We have a team of 50 people and client size of around 500. All are using it and we are not seeing any major issue as of now. Although, there were few minor bugs that Mitiz happily fixed when we sent them the compiled list of all issues. When we will be sure about the application performance, eventually we will launch it as a SaaS with a subscription model.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Mitiz does understand the scope of work and works well to yield the expected outcome. They provide different communication channels to provide seamless communication throughout the project life cycle e.g. Skype, email, Google Hangouts, Slack, phone etc. We have daily sync-up calls, chats to get the update about the project and provide instructions. They ask questions in case of any points that is not clear to them. Overall, they manage the project very well.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Mitiz is a team of gems. They have good developers who work with the clients directly and assure the best delivery. Their promptness and loyalty towards project is highly appreciable. They always keep you informed about their scheduled holidays, ask relevant questions related to project. Their commitment level is hundred percent.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Mitiz should ensure that they have resources of all the technologies that are in demand today so that they can retain more & more clients.
